Aside from the camera modes, do all of the key functions of this ROM work?
If so, I'll be installing it this evening after work!
I have been waiting months for CM to be working on the i9506, so huge thanks to you!

I can't gurantee that everything will work fine. I can't test LTE coz I dont have it in my country. But I am using it for a couple of days. And till now I found this issue, moslty with slow motion recording and with sip calls audio. Skype works fine.
Hey
Thanks for your hard work. I'll test that soon and report back. Just a couple of questions though:
- how is battery life?
- you mentionned a problem with SIP call, but is it still usable for daily call?
Thanks again for your hard work

Battery life apears to me better then on stock rom. But I hadn't tested much with latest build. Made it only today.
It may be dependent on which codec is used with your sip provider. I don't know if it will be usable. I'll look into it next week.
After installing i get error message: "unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped." Did anyone of you have same error? Or an idea how i can solve it?
Im using it in germany (if that occurs the error, but i don't think so)
I use this recovery: [RECOVERY][UNOFFICIAL]ClockWorkMod Recovery 6.0.4.8 for i9506 (fixed extSD, USB)
Looks promising. Good job.

Custom earphones don't work either. Seems the jack doesn't recognize any of them?
Bugs ive seen so far:
1. Headphones dont work (inserted in jack and phone speakers producing the sound)
2. Menu button doesnt work in titanium back up (dont know if rom bug or problem with tb)
3. The phone heats up alot so i went to check performance in settings i found that what ever i do the min freq keeps returning to 1728

I reckon Titanium Backup problem is the same as with me. I had to enable USB debugging first, make sure TB gets root access and restart TB. It warns about USB debugging if it's not enabled by default. It can be enabled by going to system settings, about phone and tapping "build number" like times.

back-to-n00t; Bring the LTE fun back to 3G
/* Introduction */
Previously, Korean developers were porting i9300 ROMs to e210s.
How ironic, we are now porting e210s ROM back to i9300!
The Korean letter "눝", pronounced "noot", symbolizes LTE(as you can see).
/* Overview */
Touchwiz Android 4.4.4 for Exynos Galaxy S3 3G
Ported from Exynos Galaxy S3 LTE
Havily debloated

Hello everyone ,
for the last few days i have tried to help you guys with some problems , so that you can use this rom as a daily driver .
So @arter97 and me had a little chat over twitter , where he agreed to give you guys a new build with all the bug fixes and improvements , and after giving you the new build he will mark this thread as finished that is no more development can take place after the v7 , So after this build i should see none of you complaining as i run this rom with all the fixes integrated and it is flawless . So do not bother arter97 after he releases this new build , yes if you have some question you can ask me , will most probably solve it for you , because i have been using this rom for a long time and i myself have solved most of the issues i used to get . Get ready and dont ask for ETA's he will give you the new build or i should say the final build and then he is done with this project . Thank you i hope you Co-operate !!
Hello , @arter97 So i will link all those fixes that you might want to integrate . Also i will be posting a link for the CSC , may be you can replace this very CSC wit the one in the ROM , this helps with the 2g /3g toggle in settings , may be you can link my post for the step by step instructions to get 2g /3g toggle in the settings "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=58931189&postcount=2423" that will help users , also may be you can edit the OP saying that this firmware can now be used with other kernels that support this rom as i used ARCHI KERNEL AND BOEFFLA and both worked fine . so here are the links to the fixes .
New CSC :- http://d-h.st/7KI
Telephony fix :-http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3097440&d=1420370418 that enables 2g/3g toggle to work by my step by step instructions whose link i posted above , having that on O.P will prevent the users from asking the same question again and again .
JustArchi's camera fix :-http://vk.com/doc10926468_344278240?hash=c549a21a3b6efceafd&dl=6f109b9bd6b15b14d3, my camera was not working when i flashed the rom so did the cameras of many users . integrating it will fix camera for evryone.
Also the BLUETOOTH FIX that you were talking about :-https://mega.co.nz/#!F9NyEayT!HYelXBxnLIG4GdgjPJv9XUiPKxkCRtje08IlfFE6dMM
I think that is all , these three are the issues that users complained about. And yeah thanks @arter97 for your great work.

What are the differences between this cm12.1 and temasek's cm12.1?
I assume this is based on the LAST stable CM 12.1 based, while Temaseks Builds are nearly nightlies with Temaseks optimizations... right?
Awesome! There's only one drawback for me. I use my phone for mobile payment. And the carrier's wallet app uses this https://code.google.com/p/seek-for-...me=org.simalliance.openmobileapi.jar&can=4&q= . The simmallience lib exists in Touchwiz ROMs that's the only thing that kept me to use stock based ROMs. Could you make it work? I managed to be able to install the app, but it could never run. At its best it missed a class from the lib I copied from the touchwiz rom. I believe I should have hardwired it but I don't know how. I'd be very grateful! Thanks again.
Can anyone suggest working xposed framework for this rom?
Ain't that patch 2.0? Can't open your sites to download. Pls, fast reply needed. Can't wait to get that on my hands!!! Awesome work
WiFi disconnected when connecting bluetooth to miband
Thanks Arter. This ROM is awesome but I have found an issue. When I enable bluetooth and try to connect to my miband, the WiFi is disconnected. Turning off the screen and the WiFi comes back.
Full wipe everything, but stuck at CM's boot logo for 10 minutes or more after flashing hmmm..
Thank you for your wonderful work. MUCH Appreciated.
Clean..clean instal following your installation guide precisely. (pico gapps) firmware underneath I9506XXUDOD3_I9506NEEDOD4_I9506XXUDOD3
Bugs:
Maybe it is supposed to be like this but in privacy guard>Advanced -Location and device tab---Android System (location) is always running (keep awake at 412) 1 hr t0tal runtime.
Emergency call still not working 112.113.110 911? ( hangs/freezes the phone, reboot necessary to be able to call again. This is also within temasek's version.
Making new/first connections to a 2,4 ghz & 5ghz WIFI will not work (got it to work after enabling and disabling bluetooth)
Turning wifi on or off through notification drawer is not working (advanced mode off)
Bluetooth share FC at first startup
Been on it for 10 mins. Will edit here if i see more minor bugs. Cheers Arter97
Unfortunately, camera issue is still there, I have `cant connect to camera` after 2 min. of 4K recording (
I was so happy yesterday when I saw a stable release announced on arter97 twitter account...
I told myself that I was getting a chance to finally flash Cyanogen on my i9506... Which is my daily driver / work / I can't have any glitches phone.
But seeing first posts here I am a little sad to see that it may not be as stable as the name suppose.
Will wait a little longer to see if it get better with an other release...
Listening to music on headphones while an incoming/outgoing call is placed when the call is finished and music resumes. Only one (usually left) speaker resumes playback. Disconnecting/reconnecting the headphones fixes the glitch.
Can't get exposed to work on here
Smooth
Tried it for 6 hours now. Smooth. I haven't noticed the previous mentioned bugs. Seems very stable.
good work
I took a day this rom and show no bug, but Xposed not work, thanks arter97
MMS still don't work in Australia that's the only thing holding me back
Is is recommended to install a particular official firmware first before installing this ROM?

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). Youtube will only go up to 360p (Probably related to the bluetooth audio issue)

Known Issues
MHL has no sound and wrong colors
If you map MENU to a capacitive key (no matter if key itself or "long press", it will not work - workaround: do not map MENU to anything at all, then the apps are forced to show action overflow menu (aks 3 dot menu) - works on some apps (i.e. bootloguptime) on others not.
Some minor crackling when using bt-audio the same time as 2.4GHz wlan (5Ghz wlan is issue free).

Thanks a lot @deadman96385! Hoping to have stable cm 12.1 snapshot version soon!
I am curious, I have read up that 5.1.1 has native USB Audio built in, but most everyone has been using 5.0.x and having to use an app to play music through a USB DAC, but when it comes to any other sound generating app such as YouTube, a video player, etc audio is routed directly through the tablet. I have a high end DAC but I don't trust using it for what I'm planning since it's a 5.1 Asus Xonar. I wouldn't trust it not working to judge another. I know my S6 that only works with the specific music apps, unable to test the T700 right now, sorry for the story, just wanted to know if there are USB Audio Drivers built into cm12.1

i was just browsing. the cpu was mostly below 1000 mhz. This is a bit disapointing since it was around 10-15% per hour with the original rom.

I am working on moving to a new gpu driver that seems to be giving a much better battery life under heavier load.

baterie drain is around 15% per hour while surfing with 20% brightness. What I'm wondering is that if the tablet is in deep sleep it show no batterie drain ( 0% in 20h with wifi off). But after I start the tablet again the batterie goes kinda fast down to a certain point and stops again. This phenomen was present during all previous nightys. Lets see how it is with the new build.
Crackling through BT while on 2.4 Wifi is known but I am also having loss of sound synchronization on YouTube. No issues if wired headset is used.
