My Google account constantly says it's experiencing sync issues but it doesn't say where. Usually one you go into the sync settings for the account it would display an exclamation point beside it but there's nothing there. I've tried readding my account, factory reset, and clearing contacts even though that's not the problem. On an aosp ROM it syncs fine so I think it's something setup wrong with HTC on sense Roms. Has anyone else experienced this or could anybody help?

This is the only place where it says there's issues. Everything says it's syncing okay on the next account sync page but then what else could it be?

As the topic says, the twitter app doesn't want to sync with my contacts. It flashes a red warning too fast to read then does nothing. Running stock/unrooted FRF91.
Any ideas?

I have a friend with a cdma HTC hero. I've tried factory reset as well as a couple other things but still unable to connect Google account it says there is no active connection even when on WiFi any ideas as to what could be the problem? Tia

Never had this problem, but clear the market cache and try again. Sometimes a second GMail account somehow 'activates' the market.

I'm using Pac-Man 1214 ROM for my HTC Vivid and the contacts from Facebook don't seem to be syncing into my phone. It will run through the process but they won't show up. I've checked the setting to make sure it shows them but that didnt help.

I could have sworn mine did. Try reflashing the ROM if not then you can always install a contacts app that syncs with Facebook

I believe they google took facebook sync out of aosp...so I don't think any jb Rom will have it unless they've added the correct modifications to the contacts app...could be wrong

I noticed as soon as I installed Facebook. But all it really did for me was sync a photo with the contacts, oh well.

Fir some reason my contacts in the people app have lost sync with there facebook profiles and in the people app if I select facebook it shows zero contacts ....any ideas how to fix this please

Hi,
This is the thing. The Dialler doesn't show me contact matched by the name any more when I enter a number. Earlier, if I enter 4 and 6, it showed me Home. But now it only gives me the contacts starting from 46.
I have no idea what I did to stop it from working. I tried clearing data of the Phone app and still the issue is there. Anybody knows how to get it back?
I'm on Sense 6.
Any suggestions, anybody?

Don't have a clue at all, cant even find an option to make it do whats happening to you. Worst case you might to wipe rom
