Im not really a good expert in this but d955 is for european region only. My quess is that our and your lte bands are different. Im in the UK with d955 stock 4.4.2 and lte works no problems. You should check with you current provider and see if you phone works on thier network. Sorry if cant help any further.

Hello,
I was trying to understand which of the Moto X versions works in Brazil ? (besides the one that is sold here).
Because I'm going to travel to Europe in a few months and I want to buy one that works both on Brazil and Europe 4G Network (LTE), but I don't know if there is any of that kind.
Could you guys help me with that information ?
Thanks.

Europe uses bands 3/7/20 (1800/2600/800) and apparently the main LTE band in Brazil is 7, so best would be the European version, but the AT&T version that is sold in Brazil should work inside most cities in Europe, as band 7 is usually used for urban areas..

XT1058 (AT&T) or XT1052 (Europe)
The best phone for you to buy is the retail XT1058 sold in Brazil.

Yes, it would be the best option if it wasn't too expensive .
I'm hoping to get one in Europe less expensive and when I get there I'll need a phone.. so I'll have to buy one there anyway
Thanks.
Hello all,
I bought a superb LG Urbane LTE in Korean LG shop when they told me it would work in france network. In fact it looks it is looked to Korean phone network UTE.
Can anybody help me to unlock it ? I got some information form unlocking site telling me to enter 2945 #*120# but it seems it does not work ( I got next code to enter in case it would work as a firs command)
thank you for your help
cheers
arnaud
NO chance
I don't have a LG Urbane LTE but I don't think that this will work at all (this is the reason I haven't bought one from Korea). Because it is a built-in SIM, so how would you even change to a French network when you have a built-in korean SIM. We only can wait and hope that they release a model with a changeable SIM as well... sorry mate!

Good morning /evening/ night .
Last week I bought a new moto G 2nd gen .I live in Morocco and my data plan supports 3g but I can't seem to get any . it's always on edge with really really slow speeds .
Also I've tested my sim card on other phones and 3g (hspda+) works just fine .
I don't know what to do / if there are any radio files that are compatible with european norms for the xt1064 . thank you for your support in advance .
Have a good day .
pretty sure xt1064 only comes in Candian, usa or mexico versions, where for european you need xt1068 -as to if xt1068 modem files work i have no idea

I don't think you'll get anything but Edge with that phone in your country.

Hello,
I've just bought me the Note 5 from a seller in England. Today the phone arrived to me. I live in Germany, so i bought the international version of the Note 5 (SM-N920i).
My Problem is that i only get an edge-connection. At 3G or 4G/LTE i've got no connection. Is there any solution for this?
Thank you and sorry for my bad english

What LTE bands does your carrier use? Have you tried contacting your carrier to make sure LTE is enabled for that phone? When I switch to my Sony I have to get with my carrier to enable LTE on that phone.

Hello,
I live in Germany too, and I have the 920C variant of the phone. I don't have any issues with Vodafone and I'm having 4g with no problems at all!
Tapatalked with my Note 5
Hello, thank you much for your answers. I forgot to answer here, but the seller has send me a list which shows the frequency supported by the hardware of the 920i.
B20 (800Mhz, which is most used frequency in Germany and also the one which i need) was not supported by it.
But finally i also got the N920c. Now everything works fine
Greetings
HI everybody,
I am french but I currently live in USA. I would love buy the one plus 3t but I am not sure if it will work and I will go back to France. I am very confuse about the bands....
Thank you for you help !!
It will "work" though you will likely be unable to access LTE from most carriers in Europe. Essentially, you'll have a fully functional phone with crippled mobile data (reduced coverage, slower speeds, no VoLTE, etc.).
it must be unlocked, then yes will work
Unlocked phone will work any where in the world.
Took my oneplus 3t to India from America. Used my American sim card and got an Indian sim card as well. Both worked flawlessly, LTE included for Indian sim card. Phone is unlocked will work all over the world.
thank you for your answer, In the one plus' website is impossible to choose the europe version... Do you know where I can find it ?
because i am still confuse couse in this website willmyphonework.net they told me that in 4G LTE network "it may work" :crying:

The US model only supports LTE bands 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/17/30; Its not a true world phone. You'll get voice, text, and 3G data. Now for LTE, band 7 is the only band that some European carriers use so that may work if you are connected via band 7 and is available in that area.
I don't know why Oneplus didn't just include the European models LTE
Thank you for your answer. I m gonna think about if I buy it or not :/
Yeah it is not very commercial to send just the american version...

You should be fine. All French carriers are using LTE band 7 too. You can check here:

You're lucky beacause I talk with them also and they don't want to send me the EU version one. I will not take the risk to buy the american version, I m gonna see an other phone...
Thank you for your help, I think Im not gonna take the risk to buy the US version and after it doesn't work very well in France... They don't want to send me the UE version so I m gonna see an other brand.
