Checked ptcrb and it said .233 was released for the Xperia tx on December. Does anybody have it? If so, can you please upload it.

Ptcrb doesn't list releases, they list certifications.
A certified software doesn't mean it will be released.

Stock Rom. I didn't flash any .ftf file.
Also the option is available through secret code *#*#4636#*#*
Try flashing the ftf of Germany. it will fix it.

i have the c6603 model and it wont let me enable the lte mode on it even tho it is listed there, why is that ?? how do i enable it? or will it work only when lte reception is available?

I'm not using the location based wifi but the wifi get on ramdonly.
Try to repair your phone with pcc.

Yes, anything that can be used for the C6603 can be flashed on C6602 as well, just no LTE

You may get bootloop and 89% chance you will get missing IMEI number and no signal
