Sprint HTC One Firmware Update 3.05.651.5 (JB 4.3 With Sense 5.0)

Hi Guys,
Update is rolling out this morning. new software version is 3.05.651.5 and download size is 249.24 MB and show be ready too download the update and install the new update.

Not Sure, I haven't got the update. maybe someone will provide us a download link. So we don't have too wait for the OTA too pop up.

Thanks, didn't see it though. Seems like an important update, or why they want to push it out while the 4.4 is coming. BTW, the 4.4.1 is in the make. I hate google. If the update is as easy as the windows update, then no problem, but this updates are so hard, take so long time.

I believe this update will bring new radio and most likely a prl change. Still haven't seen update as I am on East Coast. Also running logcat too help provide DL link when it pops up. unless someone gets the link posted first

waiting for the new firmware as well. Hopefully dev will be able to provide a firmware only to flash over existing ROM.

Working on it Boss! I am running logcat since this morning!

I've yet to see it. As soon as I see it, I'll upload as long as I'm around the computer.

I'm on west coast and I didn't see anything yet. already tried multiple times checking OTA. I guess I'm urgently needing some radio fix

I can't believe sprint withdrawl the changelog. when I click on the link page has been removed.
but yet if i go too this link. this is what I get

I am waiting on statement too be released from PR at HTC. They don't know why the update was pulled.

The Update was pulled by Sprint. Reason still unknown. HTC asking sprint questions why. This was going too be last update before KitKat rolls out. Expecting Roll Out date for Android 4.4 should be Jan 20-24.

[Q] Unlocked HTC one Kitkat Update

Hi! I am using an unlocked HTC one (Sprint unlocked) which was purchased in the US. I reside in India and am unable to get OTA update for Kit Kat on my phone. Kindly suggest as to what I should do and how I can get it updated.

I'm already using Android 4.4.2 KK but I'm still in Sense 5.5. Can anybody tell me why can't I get a update to Sense 6?

you must be fully stock for any official updates to work, recovery, rom, app's the lot.

As long as you have the proper phone and flash the firmware following the instructions in the video it will work
And yes you can flash the ROM in twrp

Im confused on this a bit. My phone is currently on 6.09.401.5. I see in the forums that there is an update to 6.09.401.10. But in this thread you offer the new 5.05.651.2, which seems to be lower version than the former two. Can shed some light on this? Many thanks.

Yeah I wish I understood their numbering system but this is the newest Sprint update with the eye experience.

That's because the base that you're currently on is a port from Verizon's 4.4.3 Kitkat update. They had more updates than we had. So for Sprint, we're currently still at 4.4.2. with a lower version #.
We won't move from that point til what is probably going to be the M7's final update for us, Lollipop 5.0.

You're right. He doesn't. He talked about doing a blind ROM from it, so he might still give it a go~

iS it ok to update to lollipop via ota links provided on this article I read.. Will that effect the device? Since it tells u to have 4.4..4 pre installed first
T mobile..not using SIM currently

Its for GPE devices not for Sense.
If you want to convert to GPE then follow instructions posted in the general sub forum.
