Hello there. Today, I tried to format my samsung galaxy s3 lte running on an old omnirom nightly. And quite Suddenly, the screen goes black, and since I had cleared the phone is nothing left. I can not access Clockwork, or boot up the phone. But I can put the phone in download mode. Should I now flash back to stockrom, and then try Root and put a custom recovery again? I have no idea, please help.

I rooted my mums ace using this method. However I didn't install CWM, I just went straight ahead and stupidly installed the .zip straight from the recovery mode utility. I'm trying to install this ROM.
Now I'm stuck at this step and I think I may have softbricked it.... Youtube clip below:
http://youtu.be/gB-mfeePNRA
Basically it turns on, the sammy logo comes up and then it goes red and lines out. Then it just sits there with the backlight on.
I have a download jig at hand if I need it, so I can access download mode and I have the SD card to use.
Update: installed CWM through the .zip recovery file. i then installed the ROM above and it's now just stuck at the boot logo, with the cyanogenmod blue circle swirling around.

Did you factory reset in recovery?
Sent from my GT-S5830 using Tapatalk 2
Yep, it did nothing. I'm guessing that when I flashed the CM10 ROM it cleaned out the factory reset.
Ok, panic over!
I managed to get this ROM working.
Hey,
I had the cm9 on my I9001, now i want to have the stock rom, i downloaded the Stock rom, ArriesVE.ops, and Odin.
Than i flashed the ROM on my phone, after this was done, it restarts, i can see the White Samsung Logo , after this i see the "Samsung Galaxy S Plus" Logo, this logo stays for a few seconds and than my phone restarts again and all repeats..

Bootloop on i9001
Hi guys, i gonna tell you about how my i9001 was stuck in a bootloop. Maybe you could help me. I'm sick of it.
Cause: I installed cm10 and cwm5 or 6 as recovery and upgrade my device by using Ota Updater. When I restarted my i9001, it got stuck in a bootloop.
What my i9001 can display: It can access to rampdump mode and download mode. In case I try to turn on my i9001 or access to recovery mode the Samsung logo is shown twice. It often gets stuck showing the typical grey battery flat (with a loading stopped) and the black screen alternately.
Attempts: i've tried everything except for the right solution. Lots of forum threads and nothing works for me. I've tried:
1.- Boot_loader for device boot.
2.- I've flashed an stock rom: XXKQP, and 2 more: BVKPC y XXKQ1. Each one are official.
3.- And then recovery-clockwork-5.5.0.4 and -6.0.1.2.
4.- I've tried, then, flashing feamodrecovery 1.2.
5.- Nothing works for me.
I've been using Odin 4.43. AriesVE in OPS section and when flashing these roms: one package. For recovery packeges: one package and pda (I tried these two options).
I can't reach at recovery mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Greetings!

Hello, I'm new here, so I don't know if I posted this in the right forum, but I have a big problem. So today I rooted my GT-N7000 and everything was fine, but then I replaced the digital clock with the digital clock of the Galaxy S4 (I found the apk here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2208158) but something must have gone wrong because when I rebooted my Phone, I wasn't able to enter my PIN-Code, because my screen didn't respond anymore. Then I rebooted my Phone and it got stuck at the "Samsung" Screen. Every time I now reboot my phone it gets stuck there. When I rooted my Phone I did it by installing PhilZ 4.93.6 signed Kernel through stock recovery. So I went into recovery mode and did a factory reset. Then I rebooted my Phone and went trough the set up manager, but when I wanted to finish the set up manager my Phone shut down and restarted, then it got stuck on the Samsung Screen again.
Before rooting my phone was on stock ROM XXLT4.
Is there anything I can do to fix my Phone? Please, I need your help :/
Also: sorry for mistakes in my Post, but I'm from germany
You could install the rom again using odin. This will overwrite any bad flashed flashed during mod installation.

Thanks for the advise It worked!
I flashed Virginity Rom.
Afterwards my phone infinitely keeps coming up with the 'Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini I8190T.'
I think the problem was when I chose the virginity setting to keep default bootscreen.
I can access Download Mode/Odin Mode but I can't access recovery.
I have a backup but as I said, No recovery so I cant restore.
I have CWM Touch Recovery if that helps.
I tried flashing PAC Android with Odin but that didn't work.
What do I do?
I am willing to completely refresh my phone, backups and all It doesn't matter.
I just can't lose this phone!
Update: I flashed a file called 'PARAM_I8190.tar.md5' and now it doesn't even show the Samsung Galaxy Screen.
It mainly just shows up with the Downloading... Screen sometimes distorted.|

i think you should flash official stock rom for you to revive your phone
Hey there,
First post on here so apologies if i'm posting in the wrong place or anything
My problem: My Galaxy SIII Mini was running CyanogenMod 11, which I had flashed via Odin a few months ago and it had been working perfectly. Then one morning I took my phone off charge and it would not boot up. I had not installed any apps or packages that could have caused anything to happen recently.
I can get into download mode, but NOT recovery mode.
I have had a browse on some of the forums on here and it seems like a few other users have experienced similar problems. I have tried flashing my stock ROM back onto the phone, but it just goes into a bootloop. I tried flashing both Stock Recovery and CMW Recovery, but the 3 button combo doesn't do anything and my phone just boots normally and then bootloops.
I saw on here a recommendation to install a ROM from a Russian forum that can supposedly fix this issue, but the download link won't work for me.
I also tried flashing a kernel and then recovery, but this didn't work either.
If you have any suggestions or could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
Cheers,
Robert
