This rom is based from zukriaksah's miui 1.12.16. His had a good foundation just some issue. I have made some changes to it and so far things are working (keep in mind that this has not been tested for a little more than 2 days).

(sorry file are on work pc and this is the only way that I can get them up...so if some one can move to a better site for downloading...pls feel free to do so)
you will have issues with wifi on this rom - the work around that I used it to load cacingkalung's modded version of the sd kernel...get it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20326475&postcount=240
had to change the build.prop this phone keep rebooting with some of the files that I had to switch out. I used files from tj and issac.
usb and headphone issues are gone (so far)
added the miui 4-way reboot (hold power button for options)
the fm radio that is in the rom fc's (wish someone can fix this..I am at a loss, I know that it has to be a driver issue but I have no clue which one have been searching for weeks it seems to correct this...I really miss the radio)
added some init.d tweaks...these are found in the various forums here on xda
you might have to load script manager to get them to work (I load this anyways so I dont know if it is needed)
what I added to the init.d:
10cpu - sets the cpu values and govenor
11 iosched - set i/o scheduler
both of these you do not need if you use setcpu or other program like it...I just dont like to have these loaded they take up space and memory.
80netspeed - internet speed hack (helped on mine)
97ks - some kernel mods - helps rom run smoother in my opinion
98kt - internal task killer values
you dont need these you can remove them...play around with the settings you might be able to tweak the rom more to you liking...these are the values that worked best for me
I dont have much of a clue on the battery life yet...have had phone up and down so much that I have not let it go threw my daily pace
So far things seem stable...still no HDMI, dont know if we will ever have this...I am not that good with dev have look at other roms but if the drivers aint right it wont work
I also use force2sd to move the programs to the sdcard to free up the internal memory...everytime that I have tried to include apps2sd thing go wrong..this way works for me so I am not going to worry about it
you will probably get unknown for the carrier...if you know your spn values you can edit it and the name will show up...there are progams in the market that will fix it...other have had luck with out needing a program...In the miui forums they have miui extra setting and they say that you can use it to change the carrier name (never tried)
make sure that you do a system wipe before installing....I dont know what issue you will get if you dont

emt,
I will look at the files and see what I missed for the bluetooth. Sorry I dont use it so I didnt test it.
hey COWSGO..... really thanks for the this beautiful ROM.
quite smooth ...... experience .....
really happy with the ROM.
next time when you update the ROM with Bluetooth wish following update also ....
1. Camera if possible (Front)
2. Time should be at center of status bar like what you did with 1.12.2
3. FM if you able to repair ....
enjoy your holidays .....
Dont know if anybody has gps issues or proximity issues....I did....this is what I did to solve this
use root explorer goto system\lib\hw and rename two files to .old
the files are gps.fb0.so and sensors.fb0.so
then goto settings click programs and goto call settings and turn off enforce proximity (what ever the option is under use proximity sensor
reboot....after I did this the sensor works with incoming and outgoing calls and the gps locks in under 30 seconds. used gps status from the market to confirm...dont for get the you might have to edit the gps.conf file in system\etc (I think)...if you didnt edit this file after you loaded the rom then it will be set for north-america.
dont know why this worked....has to be a issue in the files...when I get more time I am going to decompile them to see what is different
Hi all, I have just installed IZS by Huexxx and observed that softkey turn on every time I touch the screen. Anybody has the same issue? Some solution?

If it is a feature, I would like to see the option to disable it. It is annoying for me and I prefer the old (Zeus) way of softkey backlightning.
How is it in stock ICS?

Not all features have an option I'm afraid. I can try to tweak the led driver or something if you wish so badly to change that behavior.

I've recompiled huexx diana3 kernel from the sources and changed the led driver behavior to the act as you requested. I won't the post the link here as huexx might get mad at me for redistributing his almost unmodified kernel so I will PM you the link and instructions.

If you prefer old leds behavior, just set "always on" and they will behave like in GB
at least it works fine with other ics rom.

Led backlightning now works the way I prefer. :victory:
But with a new release of diana3 kernel (will come some day) it will change back to default (if huexxx doesn't add new option), am I right?
Why not to ask Huexxx for adding an option to change softkeys behaviour? You have this part of kernel already done, so it would be easy to introduce.

I don't want to keep leds on all the time. I prefer they react only to direct touch (not touch the screen!), then dim and go off.
Now I have it!

Yes they will return to their default (huexx default) behavior I'm afraid. Well that's up to Huexx is his kernel/rom not mine. I do not control what he does I could recompile his kernel with the small changes I made at every Major version with a capital M. but I can't be doing it all the time. I might add that option when I release my kernel but it won't be compatible with IZS (it will...but won't link with 'zeus tweaker' or something like that if he adds it)
also won't have some of his changes / features (will have mine instead).
Anyhow....I'll gladly share the code with him if he wishes to add that led behavior as an option. (he could probaly make it thou it's not that hard)
i think u dont understand the rules ,, didnt u ask yourself why he uses github and followed the rules of posting the kernel ,, all im saying that github was made so that modders like you could modify the kernel ,, just ask him to post a thread with it ..or.. send him the commit so that he can add it in the next version ,,,

Actually that's why I did not post the kernel I'm not allowed to distribute a kernel without a github. also diana3 kernel is not my work but huexx's. So I did not use the forums to distribute a kernel. Now the open source laws clearly state I can do as I please with the source in my own time and need and the forum rules do not have juridistion of my personal life (thank god lol). I will not...however, post any work without source either mine and specially not...of others.
As we all know the gaming at Our Phone isnt really good some report it's Slow beacause theres only 1 core online. But there is an solution for this!
Thread with the Stuff for the terminal Is also here: ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253921 ) But I was really lazy of doping this commands so, i were Going on the internet and found something to download! I'll put the file into the Attachments! How to install this.....
Requirements;
Root.
A Root file explorer to get into your system files...
A brain to reed this careful.
What to Do;
Extract the Zip Thats in the attachmnts.
Get it onto your phone. (internal External doesnt matter I suggest Internal)
Go to your file explorer And past the file in: System\Etc\Init.d\
And set Permissions!
Reboot.
Enjoy Gaming!
I didn't try it . But it won't work without adding the line :-
Code:
#!/system/bin/sh
In the top of that script . Which tells the system to sh this test .
And you forot to mention fixin permission.
Also this needs init.d kernel support or busybox run-parts in order to run this script every reboot .
Correct me if I'm wrong
Thanks for sharing .

When you use smanager it's an app that is designed to run scripts .
But if it was in the init.d folder you must add that line to tell the kernel that this test is a script . And the kernel will use the sh binary to run it .

This Script works also without this first line! In the init.d Folder it is not needed!

Thank you for letting me know even. And I've made this one beacause your Script wasn't clear for me so i couldn't understand you know?
just for making sure, you guys do know what this script does?
it makes the GPU to run always (!!!) on max speed. this will reduce the battery life extremely.
this script should not be ran at every boot. you better only run it when you want to play games (and maybe reboot afterwards, or write a "undo" script)
@laufersteppenwolf
I think the Battery Drain is not the main Problem. It isn't higher than without that Tweak.
But i have one Question!
Is it possible for you to implement this Tweak in your kernel?
So when you selected the Gaming Governor, that this tweak is also active. And if you turn off the Gaming Governor again, the tweak is terminated.
I don't know if it's possible, so i ask you.
can i use it on rooted v20B locked bootlader? there is no init.d folder in system\etc\, should we create that folder manually?
what is the permission? thanks

"better battery" could only be caused by the first command (unlink). the others only increase the batter usage.
this tweak is (partly (the unlink)) implemented in my rom. but i'm working on unlinking in the kernel of course.
about the idea about gaming: yeah i do have something in mind, but it's gonna be a bit different just wait and see right now i'm working on OC'ing the GPU, and then we can do such changes.

The variant is meant for the cpu but werewolf kernel is compatible for every variant. The variant just shows how much power/voltage the cpu need to get different MHz numbers running stable. The higher the "better" is the cpu ( I have variant 0). You can find your variant if you install werewolf kernel and look with root explorer in /sys/kernel/debug/tegra_hotplug/max_cpus the number indicates your variant

No I don't know about stock, but try to open root explorer and look into /sys/kernel/debug/tegra_hotplug and in there click on max_cpus and select open as text. It will show a number from 0 to 4 what equals your cpu variant

EDIT 2: I didn't find any hint that trickster mod shows the cpu variant?

Well than it's like I said in first place and this just shows the right number when you're on werewolf rom,
but anyway the rom and kernel by laufersteppenwolf are awesome as hell and you definitely should give it a shot.
Your variant isn't important . Like I said I have variant 0 (the weakest) and it's still smooth and overall good for daily use, but remember to backup everything and do a full wipe (then you can restore data with titanium or smth similar)

hi you can also use system tuner app on google play, it has info tab, scroll down on it you will see information about your cpu. i think there's also a thread here written by lauffersteppenwolf which is i find useful about using fastboot, if u run fastboot getvar all (assuming you have adb installed and configured) it will show you also some useful information on your lg including cpu variant. hope that helps and good luck
