Cant unlock bootloader - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, a few weeks back i relocked my bootloader using flash tool as i was going to sell the phone and wanted OTA updating working. However i am now keeping the phone and whenever i try to unlock the bootloader using either sonys official method or flash tool it gives me a error and if i try again it tell me that the device is already rooted. As it stands the device is totally stock. Any ideas how to unlock the bootloader?
Thanks
EDIT: these are the errors i recieve

I had exactly same problem as you and the only thing that finally helped me was to restore TA, then unlock bootloader with sucess

The better solution is to just restore the file structure within flashtool's directory, which is the solution I pointed the user to in my previous post

No, the problem is that you have not unlocked the bootloader yet.
Google sony unlock bootloader and follow the instructions.
But if you are flashing a complete stock kernel then you can flash a FTF for your phone and exclude everything except kernel. Use flashtool to do this not recovery

Installed sdk. Plug the phone in nothing pop up, for me to select the driver folder, is it because I install the flashtool with us driver already?
I hope you back up your TA partition before you unlock your bootloader.
unlocking the bootloader will break your stock camera.
Just a friendly reminder =)

So I tried other methods presented here in the forum eg the program (DooMLoRD_Easy-Rooting-Toolkit_v17_perf-event-exploit) and appears the error "ADB server is out of date" and (ADB did not hak) when i try without being in the way fastboot, and when i try in fastboot mode whit sony mobile flasher by androxyde, the software show me this ---> (08/059/2014 14:59:45 - INFO - <- This level is successfully initialized

Can anyone help me or have had this error?
You are trying to flash a kernel on a locked bootloader..you can unlock it and flash the kernel but since you are a noob I would suggest you to downgrade back to 4.1 and root your phone using doomlord's method for locked bootloaders and then install a 4.3 custom rom
Don't try to apply things blindly to your phone, hoping for root. Might end up with a brick. . There's no exploit found in newest firmware to root it while in locked bootloader yet. You can go thorough this index to see what it means and other relevant info about our SP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2618222
This is another thread with similar query as yours.. checkout it's replies..

Happy rooting!
Edit: corrected the link
Can someone please help me as well.. I have an Xperia SP currently running 4.1.2 rooted, bootloader locked.
My aim is to upgrade to 4.3.3 and root, for which i will have to unlock the bootloader. To do so I need a TA partition Backup, for which again, root is required.
So, my question is that is it okay if I take a TA Backup now [in 4.1.2] and then upgrade OTA and unlock bootloader, root and then restore the 4.1.2 TA backup onto 4.3.3 in order to restore DRM keys and Relock the bootloader?
Has anyone done this?
is it safe?

try to boot your device in flashmode
install stock rom
If you failed to install a custom kernel is because you did not have unlocked your bootloader. You need a unlocked bootloader to flash boot.img, otherwise it will fail.
You got a black screen because you have not followed the right steps to install the ROM, some ROM needs to wipe everything (except sdcard) to work properly.

[Q] C6903 unable to flash images using fastboot

Dear all,
I want to update my C6903 to Anndroid Lollipop by flashing AOSP images after building them by following the instructions from Sony. But when I tried to flash them, below error occurred.

I used flashtool(0.9.18.5) and EasyRootTool(v12.3) to flash the firmware(C6903_14.4.A.0.108_HK.ftf) and root the system, and used that flashtool to relock the bootloader.
When I tried to unlock the bootloader again, below errors occurred.

The rooting status showed by "*#*#7378423#*#*" -> "Service Info" -> "Configuration" is below.
After bootloader relocked using flashtool:
