If you want to make it into an update.zip, I think more people would be able to try it. For some reason, the new SU doesn't play nice with metamorph on our phones

installed nice and quick, but upon start up launcher pro fc'd. No custom icons either. Same with the system font. Only thing thats really different is the notifications bar. Used the update.zip method.
EDIT: Also the MediaProvider.apk is installed but won't launch and the system theme has not changed
any help would be appreciated because this theme looks awesome!

I tested this on mine and worked fine and about custom icons and custom fonts those aren't included on the metamorph theme he posted is just the notification bar, notifications icons and pulldown bar btw mediaprovider.apk is just an icon that scan media is not a launchable app so don't know what you mean.

Is not my theme i just ported the metamorph because someone asked for a flashable version if dena994 post the whole theme maybe i can port it for you guys.

OP, I just flashed this. Looks really nice. Only thing I've noticed so far is the pop up messages haven't changed, they are still white/grey on blue.

You should include MediaProvider.apk for the media scanner icon to match, is on the flashable zip i made.

[MOD] Cleaner Statusbar , No Music, No Toggle

Hi,
After several nights grinding on APK Manager finally it decided to compile for me !
I made a change to the framework-res.apk for people who are on stock rom
I removed the Music Player, but i also hate the toggles so i removed them aswell
( Credits for @djmcnz for his hidden music topic )
These framework-res.apk files are also compatible with UOT Kitchen unlike the already modded versions from custom roms
Note: I have lcddensity set to 190, so my buttons look weird

Its not a theme yet, though you can unzip this framework to throw it in the UOT Kitchen

The smilies worked for me, the custom background also worked but you can't pick transparent background..

Hmm... will try a different smiley set then. Perhaps the big blue things that I chose were too big. I'm also playing around with the background, never say die.

It has statusbar_background2. When receiving a notification, it will show on that background completely shutting off statusbar. Then will go back to regular status bar background.
Only problem are notification icons, if you have too much, it will overlay on the centered time.

2.My second question is in applications menu tab menu background.I want to change colur of this I marge it on attachment file.Which file is background?

Don't know if this the proper thread about it but...
1. Try Contacts.apk.
2. tab_focus, tab_press, tab_selected. They are .9.PNG, you won't see them in full form cause they expand. In that case, that SQUARE image. Inside framework-res.apk.
They look like this.. see attachment..
And oh, they are just one image. That blue background is with the tab. See attachment to understand.

Hello guys, this topic is for the ones who own a 100% pure ics 4.0.4 rom, no deodexed, but wants some little modifications, without deodexing it or installing a new rom. Usually all mods needs a deodex rom, and this screw up many people.
These are few mods i made for myself and i'd love to share them with you. Didn't make many cos i love the pure ics experience, will post more when i think i need new stuff .

Posted the original file in 1st post. I suggest you tbh to get used to them, they're the future. You just need to disable the backlight, but it's your call .
For the wake mod i'll take a look into it if i need/like it. All suggestions are appreciated .

The volume rocker wake is very useful for me because the power button don't work very well.
If you add this mod..your rom i perfect for me!

Err this isn't meant to be a "rom", had to post the whole thing cos can't post a simple patch if you wanna use Toggle2g. See it like a big patch needed to use toggle2g .
Will look into it after work.

I don't need toggle 3g.
I would like the stock rom with:
1. Battery percent and 3G/H
2. Disable Select input method notification
3. Volume rocker wake mod
4. Longpress Volume to change music tracks
Can you make a full rom with all above mods included?

the kernel wouldn't be an issue, it's the rom you're using that could have some issue since this mod is for stock one... Your rom at worse wouldn't boot and at best you would loose all the goods the rom brings to you.

I flashed the "Battery percent and 3G/H" and my status bar was gone
I thought I would get the battery percentage and something in the 3G status.
Maybe I downloaded the wrong file?! Or maybe i'ts uploaded wrong. Or maybe I haven't understand it correctly.

Get the right file and don't forget to wipe cache and dalvik. Should be done for every mod you apply.

Well, I got the right file (PercentBatteryand3G-H.zip), wiped cache and dalvik cache, and still got the same result: no notification bar.

and i have just one thing that i want.
when i lock the device with using 'screen off and lock' app, it doesn't work well.
sometimes it sleeps and then wakes up again.
cm9 has no problem like this. it sleeps perfectly with 'screen off and lock' app.
but on my device cm9 has always reebooting or FC problem.
on the contrary stock 4.0.4 works well.
how can i solve this issue? anyone can help me?

I think it's because the home.apk gets pushed to /system/app rather than app-priv or whatever it is. But I haven't actually looked at the installer script.

I think to know what's happen. If you have Home.apk in system/priv-app, it should not be there, so do the following steps:
- Backup first,
- delete Home.apk in system/priv-app,
- reboot in recovery and flash my mod.

What is the purpose of that folder?(compared to the normal app folder) I didnt explicitly pushed it there, but thats where it is. I pushed your home.apk over it and that also seems to work fine. Looks like i have quite a few sony apps in there.

It is a folder for some specific apps. Home.apk should not be there, it was there for you because you had flashed the mod of Rajeev.

Update 15/09: v2 - fixed search bar in landscape mode.

It did work. Thanks for the steps. Now if I may request, can you make one that looks like the Z3? All transparent and only a white line at the bottom?

You should be able to easily tweak all of that to your liking with xposed modules. For example, my bottom bar is configured for extra buttons using Xperia/ASOP navbar buttons. I know there are a few transparent statusbar modules that should work for you too. Cheers.

That's not what I asked for, I mean the Google search bar. Can you make all transparent and with a white line at the bottom only?
