I have attempted to flash 3 different roms but they all had the same problem. When they start up they run fine for about 20-30 seconds. Then they reboot and repeat the cycle again. Also my Hboot os section is empty and that is freaking me out a bit. Can anyone help with this problem.
Sounds like you flashed a GSM rom that is not Sprint compatible.

I've unlocked bootloader, flashed recovery, and have tried installing several different roms, wiping the cache each time. Each one has heralded the same result though, after boot up after about 10 seconds of being able to use the phone, it will just restart. This has gotten me very frustrated. Any ideas?

if you're using twrp, select wipe from main menu>advanced wipe>select dalviccache, cache, data, and system, then flash rom.
Which roms have you installed?

This. In particular, the first one you installed, because this sounds suspiciously like what happens when someone flashes a GSM ROM.

I'm having the same problem except I think it's because I flashed the wrong kernel. It was an m7 instead of m7spr kernel. IDK how it even happened but my phone boots up with no signal. I can get to the settings quick enough and noticed baseband says unknown. Tried restoring a sense backup and installing different kernels.
Edit: Actually I flashed a kernel here in the Sprint HTC One forum. It was an aosp rom and an aosp kernel. But still no matter what I do I can't get it to stay booted.

This is exactly the problem I'm having now if I install any other rom
So I relocked the bootloader and tried installing a stock ruu, but I just get an error message, no idea what to do. -_-
Ok, so apparently I need to get S-Off to use the older RUU, but can't seem to get revone working because I cant boot up for more than 15 seconds, can someone help here?

Try this [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800] It helped my problem. Erased everything from the device but I had it backed up anyway. You do not need s-off but you need to relock your bootloader. It's really easy tho. Google message me or PM me here if you need help.

Hi
So I had my phone for a year now and I cant seem to system update. I have been trying to update it since I got it but it always fails installing at 30%. I tried rooting it (sorry) but it still seems to not work!! It gets stuck and an emergency logo on a phone just sits there and I always have to pull out the battery! Software updates always alerts me but always fails!
I have also tried Factory Reset, getting a new sd (32GB), root(again sorry), downloading and installing when the power is at 100%!!
Android Version
2.3.5
HTC Sense Version
3.0
Software Number
3.11.708.2
Someone Help Please!! PLEASE HELP ASAP!! (P.s I brought this phone from China)

First, get some knowledge as to what an RUU is.
Second, try downloading an Incredible S RUU from htcdev.com or somewhere. I think you might need the Asia WWE one.

Search up incredible S RUU in google
OR
htcdev.com ----> downloads -----> devices: Incredible S ------> Asia WWE
To run the RUU, its all automated, just click ok when prompted to.
Post error code if one shows up.
IMPORTANT: Running an RUU wipes the phone. Backup what you still want like texts and contacts.

Why are you going into recovery mode?? You are supposed to run the RUU and sit and wait for a bit. Don't touch the phone!

Ok, I tried to Flash Viper...
After it flashed my phone softbricked.
I ended up relocking my phone
unlocking it
reflashing TWRP 3.0.6.2
flashing stock firmware
now when I unlock the phone from the lock screen the phone will crash and goto the HTC one white screen before going black
The phone charges fine, When the phone is at the lock screen I can get it to show up on my pc file tree as HTC ONE
anyone have any ideas? I did try to search but wasnt quite sure what to look for or what to flash, I just want a working ROM don't care what one
Sounds like you flashed the GSM version of Viper...you will have to RUU to fix it.

Yup that fixed it,
\
had to relock phone, then did the RUU update worked like a charm!!!
I upgraded to 4.06.651.4. HBoot 1.56 Unlocked S-On
Using TWRP 2.6.3.0, I am unable to successfully flash any roms. Everything is successfully installed but all exhibit the same behavior. Boots up and when I unlock the lockscreen, I get the "htcdialer is taking too long" or whatever. No matter what I do there, it will eventually reboot (within 1 minute or so). Tried flashing some aosp roms but they do not fully boot.
Tried locking bootloader and running RUU 3.05.651.6 (which seems to be the latest) but it always fails with an unknown error, which is likely because I'm trying to downgrade firmware? Problem is there doesn't appear to be a 4.06 RUU yet.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I am unable to make/receive calls and can't send/receive SMS text messages.
WiFi and data over 3G works fine, so email/browsing is OK.
I have tried SIM cards from other working phones but it's the same problem on this phone.
Used to work fine couple of days ago but now when I try to make a call to someone it says straight away call ended.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? Can anybody help please?
Info:
My phone is HTC One (M7)
Used to be rooted, in my attempt to resolve the problem I have unrooted it and now has stock android, which i flashed on.
The only thing that is different is that my phone is s-off.
I have done a factory reset but this did not fix it.
For some reason, when i try to update my phone over ota, I get a red triangle with a !.
My phone version is 3.62.401.1.
It is Android 4.3. Not 4.4 kitkat.
I can use wifi, and have 3G/H signal.
That's about it. If anybody can help me with this problem, please do! Thanks in advance.

Did you flash anything that could have caused this problem? I assume you have flashed a RUU that contained firmware?
If I were you, I'd try to get the original firmware back onto the phone, then install a "known good" ROM so you know the system isn't screwed up somehow.

I mean a popular third party ROM that most people can use without problems. ARHD, for example. But now that I think about it, if you successfully installed a RUU and did a factory reset, I agree with the other person that said it sounds like a hardware defect. I've had this problem on another phone and it was the firmware and RIL (a problem that only exists for Samsung), but if you flashed a RUU it should have sorted that out.
If you can get warranty service for this phone, try it. This is one of those cases where you should revert the phone to stock, though, because the most obvious answer to why a rooted phone doesn't have calls is "you screwed up the software/firmware".
