This patch is a result of a great effort from Madmack, Brightidea & D69K.
It can be flashed over any ROM based on 2.30.405.1 HTC base. It will fully customize your device for Arabic language including:
Full Arabic Interface
Right to left support
Arabic in stock browser
Stock HTC Arabic keyboard
Arabic in Gmail
...and more!

1- libjni_parfieldbigime.so for arabic keyboard to work
2-icudt44l.dat for mail and message applications to work correctly when arabic lang. selected from start ( fix mail app refuse to add new email and message app refuse to add people when you add number )

still in gtalk and other apps including the title of webpages shows not connectected letters... but the body of the webpage works fine

Rom the appearance quite stockowy but we added 1 mode and tweak in build prop
Base P3100BUCLK1 for German (Vodafone)

tweaks in build prop ( Better video streaming, Better Internet Speed, Better Signal, Better call voice quality and more )

How install:
if you have stock rom ics or modded 4.1.2 download this rom and do it wipe system/data ,cache and dalvik cache http://www.hotfile.com/dl/180499195/d4e299f/P3100BUCLK1_P3100VFGCLK1_VD2.zip.html use Odin
Install CWM 5 or 6
copy Rom to your sdcard or extsdcard
install rom
reboot
No need wipe but if you have fc do it wipe system/data , cache , dalvik cache

can not download the rom.

It is not a very good idea to include paid apps in your ROMs and I am very sure that this is against the community rules.
PS. Its good to see new ROMs for my tab. Will try it later.

Installation :
1.Download rom files
2.Extract the zip file with using WinRAR if you have PC (if don't have PC , download AndroZip at Play STORE)
3.Put file on clockworkmod/backup/here!
4.Switch off your phone
5.Reboot to CWM recovery , download at attachment
6.Go to Backup and restore
7.Go backup first (if you got error or stuck at boot , just backup
8.After backup , go to restore and search (iOSAlphaS5830i)
9.Restore it !
10.After restore , reboot system now !
11.Enjoy the new ROM !

Kernel that comes with this ROM, the memory is not "read" correctly, after installing MROM kernel, the memory amount is normal.
