Samsung S3 LTE 4G (Cannot open mobile data saying insert sim to access network s.)

Hi i really need a bug help. I bought my s3 Lte 4G in singapore last month. i activated my LTE simcard from globe but when it was activated I cannot open my Mobile Data. everytime i try to open mibile data it says "Insert sim to access network services" I was able to use my H+ signal when i still have my regular simcard and ive talked to globe and they said that they did not released any LTE s3 (Thats why im looking for a way to use this here). I know some s3 LTE users can use their globe sim but it is the s3 LTE unit with the antenna , mine dosent have any. please i really do need ur help. I also have the same problem. I bought the S3 LTE i9305. I thought it would be compatible with the Globe sim(Philippines) since the S4 works with it. When I used the LTE sim in the i9305 it can be used to call/text but when accessing data/network it displays the "Insert sim" message. Non-LTE sim works fine.
Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

I got mine working. I read somewhere that the an update for the i9305 fixes this so I factory reset my s3 and updated via kies. After the update I now have 4G as signal.
Just a question though, my friends with iphone are getting LTE, and mine is 4G. Same service provider. Am I still not getting LTE?

[Q] Not able to pick up a 4G LTE signal on my i9305...

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 I9305 LTE which is originally from Three UK, but I have tried a couple of stock roms, one of which was unbranded from Germany and another one which is the EE UK one, all of these on Android 4.3.
Now my phone is able to pick up a 2G or 3G signal (be it 3G/H/H+ whatever) but it will not pick up a 4G LTE signal even though the same EE4G sim card I have will work perfectly fine with signal in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 LTE?
What am i doing wrong or is there any way to enable the phone to actually use 4G? (I have made sure the network mode is set to include 4G as "Auto Mode")

Maybe try another modem. I am from Germany and had to change modem from xxuemkc modem to xxbme1 modem, because lte didn't work on first modem, either.

Hi, I have managed to solve my own question but thank you ever so much for taking the time to help me
It turns out that I had to downgrade my phone to 4.1.2 through Mobile Odin and then enter Service Mode and from the Debug Menu there is an somewhere within the UMTS, DRX Control option to enable LTE DRX 0X1 1X0 or something on those lines, so I enabled it and voila i now get 4G!

[Q] Stuck on Edge after 4.4.2 update

Hello I just received a brand new S4 active (GT-I9295) after my old one had some watter resistant issues
In the old one I had flashed the 4.4.2 from netherlands (I'm in Portugal) without any issues. So 3G (HSPA+) and 4G working perfectly in Portugal at optimus (P OPTIMUS uses the GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / UMTS 2100 frequency bands for its network.) Then it took a swim and I've ended with a new phone.
Now this one came with 4.2.2 TPH version. The guys at samsung had to change it's imei, and when it came to me not even boot recovery was working (error no command). Now I've flashed once again the 4.4.2 from Netherlands and Germany I9295XXUCNE5 base band with Kernel 3.4.0-1429916 and compilation KOT49H.I9295XXUCNE5.
The problem is. With this new phone and with the same simcard I've previously used and its working in 3g and 4g in other phones I'm stuck at EDGE with (LTE/WCDMA/GSM auto option) and if I select WCDMA only I get no network at all.
Also besides this there are a few wi-fi networks where I'm no longer able to connect (getting ip address forever) but the pressing issue is really 3g /4g connectivity.
Will I have to wait to a TPH (portuguese) rom? With the other phone all of this was pretty straight forward. The reason why I need 4.4.2 in this phone is my gear. But I don't want to give up 3g/4g and since this was working with the same settings there should be some workaround.

hi i have a problem with my note 3 (SM-N900A) i found it in the street but to activate, i did root it and change the imei and work fine 5 month with all carriers the LTE work fine too, now my note just dont have LTE and 3G just EDGE ,
some times connect to LTE a few minutes and back to EDGE .
the carrier siganal is good, the APN is good too, any idea what is the problem?

Help i9305 unlocked but wont work on UK Three netw

Hi guys, i have just bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE i9305 it was advertised as unlocked and it is to a point but wont get a signal with my Three sim card. i have tried vodafone and EE sims and they work fine. i've re-entered the settings for Three in mobile networks settings but still nothing, just says emergency calls only. can anyone help?
