[Q] Which is better to go Stock? Guru Reset or OTA?

Hey there, i have a problem with my HTC ONE. I have my power button completely sunk and I need to send it back to warranty!
I´m at jb4.2.2 stock rom Vodafone PT (is the same as UK) 2.24.161.1, TWRP recovery, unlocked bootloader and S-OFF.
Which is the better way to go completely stock?

ROM Install Problem

Hi All. Hoping someone can help me out.
I've attempted to install malaysk 5.1.1 rom on my MTCC-KLD6-V2.97 unit. However, somethings gone wrong. I think its got something to do with the SD card.
The unit takes an age to start, then you get the home page but with just the home button/bar at the top. It then says the UI is not responding and restarts.
I get the following when turning on the unit and trying to reinstall the ROM

S10 not working

I was just watching youtube when my phone froze so i reset it and it went into a bootloop and the next morning i woke up to this

and samsung wont fix it

Reflash whatever stock firmware you're on using patched Odin. That should fix it.

your phone couldn't start normally

Hi,
i had an old update on the phone (stock rom), when i tried to update it normally it was going to boot loop. so i flashed the latest stock version using odin. it worked fine for two months then it started random restart until finally it went to unbootable status.

I have tried to re-flash the latest firmware but no effect. the FRP and OEM is locked. so what are my chances, i want at least to take a backup.

How can I convert this file to .FTF?
Because my cell phone had a problem, I made a mistake.
I went to install TWRP via play story and ended up instaling it in the boot option.
And the cell phone doesn't turn on.
And it's working only with FLASHTOOL.
I need restore options.
