Hi folks, I've looked several answers about this problem but no one get the problem solved yet.
[x] Network 0 = impossible to unlock the phone by code.
The question: Does anyone know how to reset this counter? I'm almost sure it's possible once the Sony Support recommended me to send my phone to an authorized center where they could reset the counter.
Thanks all.

two options
1. if you still has warranty go back to the provider and get the phone fixed / replaced
2. take the journey to unlock and flash custom ROMS. this was you not only solve your problem but also be on latest s/w like ICS. it is the same version running on Galaxy Nexus, SGS3 and One X
I recently updated to 4.4 through Sony not rooted.
My Bluetooth does not work at all.
It cant find other devices and nobody can find my phone???????????
Help anybody
Try Factory Reset and if this not help Repair via PCC. This are the first 2 things what have to be done after facing some issues.
I hope you did allow your phone being find-able...?
My GF's phone - just bough used - after some time started having trouble with wifi. It just won't turn on. No connection issues, just the wifi function doesnt want to start.
We did factory reset then another from that boot menu including cashe wipe but no result
Andorid is 4.1.2 (that neweest official i think) and theres the following message "kies does not support initializing" so not possible to reflash from Kies. Usb debugging was enabled
Do you think it will be possible from that Odin (never used it before) ? Will it void warranty or any risk if I want just the official rom for her ?
If not I will have to return for warranty repair it looks like ?
No one can advice anytjhing ?

I would go for warranty if device has it. We had some problems with CM11 with kernel for wifi. But I never heard someone has that problem on stock. So better let them (service) fix it.
I was running WP8 on a T899M Ativ S for some time with full interop unlock and all capabilities. After a recently pushed upgrade (no idea how it was installed), I noticed that the internet was no longer functional. The only thing I could figure out to do that might fix it was to reset.
Reset DID fix the internet not working issue; however it caused more problems.
It blew away the dev unlock and now I can't get the device to dev unlock again. I suspect it's because the device changes some registry entries ("prodportalurl"?) to "127.0.0.1" so it now cannot reach the site needed to dev unlock.
The error I'm receiving is:
Status: Error communicating with the windows phone dev center. Please set the correct date and time on the phone, check the internet connection on the device, and try again later.
(Obviously, I've done all those and it's not working so I'm here.)
How can I get this fixed?
Thanks,
Kevin
flash the rom and custom csc. what carrier is it, bell?
Hey all,
Was wondering if there is a way to factory reset the settings under the service menu/ mode? All of them. I believe mine are correct but I'm wondering if they are as I'm experiencing some weird issues related.
Or if a factory reset will indeed restore the factory service menu settings?
Or if I could flash just a modem?
And if not, can someone go into theirs and tell me what the factory setting is in yours?
DRX control - on or off
WB - on or off
LTE 3gpp - rev 9 or 10
Thanks for the help as there isnt an answer anywhere it does seem
A factory reset should do just that,,Clear out the phone to factory specifications..
Ok, I will try that, Thank you
