[Q] Xperia Z L36h

i just want to know why i can install the play store but cant open the the application.my device is running on china generic firmware 4.1.2 JB and PlayNow is installed instead of play store?and is it possible to change the device generic firmware by another version of firmware?

Backup you firmware and flash European firmware should be fine.

you didnt answer my question.what i mean is that if its possible to change my china generic firmware with another generic firmware?my device model is L36h C6602.thank you.

[q] upgrade firmware for c6903

HI GUYS, i have the xperia z1 unbranded from the uk. current firmware 14...518. I tried to upgrade to firmware 534 but get stuck at the flashing step. The flashtool keep telling me to install the driver for my c6903, however when i used the driver installation app come with the flashtool, its keep failing. Does anyone know how to fix this?Please help,thanks.

Which version of flashtool are you using.

[Q] Falshing International Firmware on Xperia Z(SO-02E) - DoCoMo

Hi Guyz.
I've Been Using Xperia Z For a Month.. M Quite Bored With Docomo 4.2.2 Version and There's No Sign Of 4.3 Update..
Can I Flash International firmware On My Device To Get The Latest updates..? Is It Possible..?

Yes! You can flash any Xperia Z firmware to any models. You gotta remember to uncheck the baseband if you want to keep the radio for the SO-02E.

How can i install cm or any rom 4.4.2 on my Xperia z ? I have root and look bootloader
And any room is the best for z
And there are problems with back to previous firmware ?

You will need to have unlocked bootloader first before flashing any CM roms or 4.4.2 roms
To back to original firmware just flash the pre-rooted 4.3 ROM over here
There's many kind.
I prefer you to wait for official 4.4 update as will be available next month

I am using xperia ZR C5502 and now my firmware is Kitkat 4.4.4.
but after upgrade to kitkat having so many issues..
so I decided for downgrade to jellybean..
anyone can tell me how and what step for downgrade my xperia zr ?

flashtool and correct ftf file for your region

Find Jellybean firmware FTF according to your region and flash it via FlashTool
