hi....i have verizon htc one with following specifications in the bootloader menu.
M7_VLW PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
CID VZW_001
HBOOT-1.54.0000
RADIO-1.12.42.0906
OenDSP-v31.120.274.0617
OS-
eMMC-boot 2048 MB
have installed twrp ver. 2.7.1.1 , accidentally i have wiped whole of the data using advanced wipe in twrp. So now there is no os installed.
I tried different methods like using adb sideload and it says sideload not readable while using different roms and ruu.zip
So please help me out in this. Can anyone give me the link to download exact ruu.exe file for my phone so that i can recover it.

Hi, I'm new to the forum.
I have the following problem:
I came a Htc One model PN07130 T mobile. The owner will try to install an update to 4.3 official JB T mobiley after that the phone started only htc logo and T-mobile but never could access the system because it was restarted.
Try "Resetore" and "Factory Reset" but continued the same.
Info.

Then I did the following;
-unlocked bootloader
-install CWM recovery
-wipe data
-format/system
-install Stock ROM RUU HTC Google Edition_3.06.1700.10 M7 Zip
(via FlashBoot)
I could not copy the ROM on the phone because restarted every 3-5 mins. I could not do a backup because I had installed CWM, until after I install it.
I could not install the ROM because there was a fault in the installation and now just stays on the white screen with HTC.
(I can access the CWM)
I hope that this understandable, since I am using a translator ...
Dear friends,
I was on Google Play edition rom, and right now I'm trying to go back to stock RUU. Now in the process of doing that I have to flash RUU.zip twice, now when I finished the first flash with RUU.zip, my computer is unable to see the device in a Fastboot mode anymore. (I guess what I flashed change the hboot to 1.44 version and causing some error in Fastboot mode).
And now I'm trying to flash the RUU.zip or anything to chang ethe hboot back via ADB sideload but it doesn't work.
So I guess I'm stuck on this half Google Play edition and cannot go back to Stock now. However, I'm still Root and has TWRP installed on it.
Please help, I really need it.
THis is my status on my device right now:

You're probably using Win8.1, which is incompatible with hboot 1.44, use Win7/XP (maybe 8) or Linux, etc.
Thanks for the help, I'm currently using Win8 at the moment not 8.1. So you think Win7 may do the trick still?

You are trying to flash the wrong ruu's
First you need to know how to use fastboot and adb, plenty of guides about for that.
Then you need to flash twrp recovery 2.6.3.3
Then you need to push the below zip to your internal sd card and flash it
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_2-24-707-1-zip/
You need adb sideload or USB otg cable

Hi everyone,
I just bricked my M7_UL and I need help on how to recover it.
How it was at the beginning (HTC One Stck bought in Spain, no carrier):
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
CID-HTC__304
HBOOT-1.54.0000
RADIO-4A.17.3250.14
OpenDSP-v31.120.274.0617
OS-2.24.401.1
eMMC-boot 2048MB
What I did with it:
Unlocked bootloader via HTCDev (successful)
S-OFF'd it (successful)
Changed CID to GOOGL001
Flashed TWRP (successful)
Installed GPe stock ROM on it (successful but radio started failing -frequent 3G problems that required rebooting each time to get service back, Bluetooth problems-)
Flashed Android Revolution GPe (successful, radio problems persist)
Factory reset (went back to GPe stock image, radio problems persist)
Months later I got another phone and wanted to prepare the M7 for selling.
Changed CID back to HTC__304 (successful)
Tried to use RUU to go back to stock (htc_fastboot.exe crashes, the utility reports not the proper OS for the phone)
Flashed CWM (successful)
Flashed Guru Bootloader to relock bootloader (successful)
Tried to use RUU to go back to stock (htc_fastboot.exe crashes, the utility reports not the proper OS for the phone)
Note that I'm still S-OFF.
Tried to flash recommended radio (failed)
Flashed recommended firmware (successful)
And now the phone is in a bootloop.
How it is right now:
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
CID-HTC__304
HBOOT-1.54.0000
RADIO-4A.17.3250.14
OpenDSP-v31.120.274.0617
OS-2.24.401.1
eMMC-boot 2048MB
Bootloader is locked, and recovery fails.
Where should I start to recover the phone?

Worked like a charm, thank you.
I'm actually surprised it was that easy.

:highfive: :highfive: Hi Experts,
I am having real difficulty getting my phone up and running. I have M7 international, rooted \unlocked and uses custom recovery TWRP, which is really really good.
I have accidentally erased everything in my internal SD card and system including ROM and firmware.
I have attempted to successfully flash a new custom rom VIPERONE V8 using HTC One Toolkit 1.0.1 via sideloader. It won't work via any other methods.
It wouldn't boot the phone into operating system. It keeps looping back into recovery mode before and after the install. In other words nothing has changed.
Could the experts teach me what to do? I am confused when the term ROM, HBOOT and firmware is used.
Here is my bootloader information;

***UNLOCKED***

As you can see i'm missing the operating system OS................
I use to be on Android 4.4.2 and this refers to Firmware right?
I was also using Viperone V6.1.
I guess i need to know how to flash the newest firmware because i believe there's no operating system installed in my phone hence why it keeps booting into recovery mode when i turn on the phone...............
Step by step instruction specific to this please.
Much appreciated.
