If your Xperia is rooted, you could install "Xposed Framework". After that install "GrafityBox" for JB. In GrafityBox you have an option to enhance the power menu.

simply press both vol down + power button at the same time. :victory:

Hello!
I'm a temasek cm7 rom user. And I have a question - is there any option to make screenshot by pressing any hotkey, like stock rom?

Hi there. Yes, simply long-press the power button and you'll see "Screenshot" among the available options.

Thanks, I know about this option. But I don't like it. I need to make screenshots from dynamic games. Pressing power button causes game pause and I can't make any good screenshot. That's why I'm asking about hotkey, like menu+power in stock rom.
Download screenshot app by kastor soft. There is a "shake to capture".

Hi there. This mod, as u can see in the title, makes your OnScreen buttons a bit smaller It's 32x24 now. There's only 1 bug, "back" button haven't reduced its size. If someone knows how to fix it - write to me, please

[APP][KK][4.2+] 1-Click "TaskKiller" (CloseAll BG Apps) NoRoot - Z,Z1,ZUltra,ZR,ZL
Hi all,
I just want to share a really Really useful APP with all of you!
* This works with Z, Z1, Z Ultra, ZR, and ZL (and MORE!), And has been tested under android 4.2.2, 4.3 as well as 4.4 ! *
* Said to be working with many other Xperia devices as well
- - - - -
When you look at your "Recently opened apps", you feel like an idiot swiping away apps one by one?
Whereas you see your friends using other manufactures like Samsung can simply clear all of it with a single button?
So you always want/wish to be able to do that?
Fear Not !
The Japanese version of Xperia Z (SO-02E) does include this feature!
And i'm here to share it with you all!
Best of all, it's beginner friendly and NO ROOT Required !
[Instructions]
1) Simply download the APK here: TaskKiller-1ClickCloseAll.apk OR TaskKiller-1ClickCloseAllZ3.apk (See Screenshots)
2) Install like a regular APK
3) RESTART your phone ! (MUST)
4) Open a few Apps
5) See Recent apps
6) Now you will see the "Close All" button at the Top Left corner OR at the Bottom
7) Happy Pressing "Close All"

Really thanks i was thinking about this useful miniapp! Thanks really i was jealous of Samsung just for this thing! Now its thousand times better!
Sadly it doesnt work on my Xperia Z with 4.3.. getting parsing error when trying to run the apk
In my recent apps I already got like two close icons in each top corner, one closes all apps except the one opened and the other one closes everything. It's the same right?
Was like that in my ExistenZ 4.3
Sounds good, kill bg task without root. try it.
Works with stock 4.3 thanks

First you have to unlock your bootloader and then you can get into fastboot mode by holding volume + while connecting your phone to the pc...let go of the volume button once the blue led lights up.

Hi...
I'm still using Jelly Bean 4.1.2 on my Xperia SP. When I press power off button, it will show some menus (Power Off, Airplane Mode, Take Screenshot). Is it possible to add a new menu/application such as explorer, Whatsapp, BBM, etc?
Pls help..
Not with stock ROM. You'll need a custom rom.. like Liquidsmoooth -Milestone 3.2.
BTW you're post should be in Q & A
my Xperia SP is rooted, is there way to add that menu?
BTW: I'm sorry, how to move this thread to QA?

If your phone is rooted you can change these settings without a different rom. Take a look at xposed
Pls tell me how?
Someone told me that xposed on stock root cause boot loop, Is it true, I haven't tested it?
