Hi Team,
I have just installed MERE ROM from below link. Earlier I had installed Xperia Z2 ROM. Here are my views on this.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/canvas-turbo/development/official-mere-micromax-a250-t2770069
1. The phone is very smooth compared to Xperia Z2. No lag at all.
2. Still waiting for OTA updates.
3. Battery is good (tried only for 1 day. Will provide more updates after few days)
4. The UI look and feel is same as stock ROM. However after I have installed Next Launcher it was good.
5. Was expecting Xplode and Gravity Box with the ROM.
I thank all the devs for their hardwork in developing this ROM. it works without lag.
Will post few more updates in next coming days.
Please post the reviews on the same post from where you have downloaded the ROM. It will help developer as well as users to know about the pros and cons of the ROM.

Hi All,
this is my first post and I hope someone could help me in choosing the right ROM for my Note.
It's a long time I follow this forum and first of all I would like to thank you so much anyone who is working harder to give a new life to our devices that Samsung is not supporting for marketing strategies!
I started my trip in the white rabbit's hole with Ultimate N7000 ROM 5 because I wanted 4.1.2 TW, but later as I found that my device was not so fast as I expected I flashed my device and I've used SuperNexus M1 ROM with an addition of the NX-Kernel.
I found SuperNexus so clear and not so bad to use (my device score around 10000 in antutu (antutu could be not reliable but stock TW was at 7000) ) but I found also this firmware "poor" in term of functions that will give me a fast/easy to use device aswell (for ex. in quick settings the GPS toggle is missing, etc).
I also found some post in which someone told that SuperNexus is based on CM10 work (why do not flash CM10 ?), so what do you think is a complete Android to be used for anyday use? I'm so confused!! Stunner, Vanilla, Rootbox, AOSP, CM10.1, so many ROMS in the white rabbit's hole!!
I want a stable ROM as I'm using my phone for my work and I can't flash my phone each day to test a new rom.
Thank you so much for helping me! I think this will help also someone is approaching for first times in this forum
Cheers
Max
If you want a ROM that's stable, with high number of features and customizations with a considerable battery performance, download the PAC ROM.
I use Slim and its perfect for me, no issues what so ever. I love it from my SGS days and thats the Rom I flashed when i got Note.
Whats perfect for you? Hmmmm... No one but you can decide mate... Try some Rom over the weekend maybe and decide what works for you.
Good luck

What roms are you guys running and/or what would you recommend? What are your opinions on them? I am currently using Rapture.. Its not a bad rom at all but I believe its not giving me the battery life I want..
You want battery life go with poprocks rom. Cleaned up version of touchwiz and if you use greenify it adds a lot more.
AOSP i think cyanogemod would be the best, but i had problems in the past with cyanogen so i'm rocking with pop. give it a try.
Project Infinity
I'm running teks tekxodus and it's amazing. At first I was sceptical of all the theme mods done to it since they're usually the kind of mods that effect performance but it's the first lollipop rom I've been able to get 5 hour sot easy. That's also with xposed installed and app settings with my dpi at 480. I'm finally content with lollipop again not to mention the cool themes I can use now
If you don't follow the devs instructions then u can try another rom and when the same thing happens then you have to finally admit it is you that might be the issue. If a dev wants clean install and you dirty flash u can't complain.
BAD ASS NOTE 4
Can't go wrong with Poprocks.

Currently using CM REMIX by Zion959. Fastest thing I've used on my Note 4, period.

I do miss the stock Samsung features, camera and s health especially, but after getting the speed of cm, I couldn't go back lol.
Im just started trying out darthstalker rom
I am using @TEKHD 's TEKXodus N4 URv3.3 and it really is an amazing piece of work. It is a very customized rom with lots of features but at the same time, it doesn't feel customized. Meaning it feels like this is how the phone should have been released which is an amazing thing. If you want to feel like you are installing a brand new rom that is different from stock but at the same time feel comfortable with everything, give it a try. After you are on it for a bit and get used to everything, you won't be able to go back to stock.

I'm a big fan of the Stock Deodexed rom. All the samsung features work great, with the flexibility to run xposed and theme and tune touchwiz to your liking.

I'll take some screens later
Just thought I'd share (again) lol.
I'm currently running Miui 7 on my Canadian Note 4. Runs like a charm and it its a fresh new look and feel to the Android I love lol.

Currently on TEKXodus N4 URv5 for my N910T. Closely waiting for URv6.x to settle down before upgrading.
Running [5.1.1][N910TUVU2DOK2][N910T/W8][N910T3] N5 Express 2.5D. I feel like my battery life has regressed since the 1.x version which was based on the Sprint 5.1.1 ROM, but it's still acceptable. I've been too busy with life to really try troubleshooting it (clean reflash) or to try any other ROMs.
Hey guys this is Joel here and today we will see First Impressions on the Chroma Rom.
Chroma is based on android marshmallow 6.0.1 with latest android security patch 1,Feb 2016.
This Rom is awesome and very much surprising that after installing Banks GApps the storage used just 400-450MB data which is one of the good feature and users get at least 2GB storage to use.
Users can experience full stock android and they can really enjoy all the features that are available and some special features are available in the settings named "Chroma".
Talking about the battery it seems to be good but after some tests i will let you all know the stats.
Some of the members have replied in the Rom section that they find a data bug and I would like to say that there is no data bug and I would advise them to reinstall the Rom.
Questions related to apps should not come because i have installed some heavy apps too and its working fine.
I had seen a camera issue in the Resurrection Remix Rom and Beanstalk Rom but the issue is no more the camera here is working fine.without any lag.
I would like to say that i havent rooted my device after installing this Rom but its great in multitasking and multiwindow works fine.
In short the Rom is great and I would suggest you to use this Rom.
So guys thats it for today I will place the screenshots here below and will see you soon with a full brief description with a video review next time. Please Give Thanks in case if you like it.Thank You
All questions related to the Rom are welcomed.
Hello everyone!! my team and i have been working on a different type of rom for the Z family to maximize the total experience.
the world best modular phone deserves the best OS we can offer so we figured why rewrite the wheel we used a slightly modded kernel version of Los 15.1 and ubuntu 16.04 into a new operating system. the old/dying project Maru is coming back in this way, and better than ever.
if you guys are interested we would like to share the rom once it is ready for RC1, well let me know what you think and we just might make this new rom public very soon.

just a little bit of what this looks like
Unleashing
This seems like one of the only ways to unleash the power of the mods since google and Motorola wont allow the community to get the code for the mods. If you need someone to do nightly compiles, I will happily help.
Wow, this is great! I’ve been locked down with Verizon, running a stock Moto Z. Love the mods but miss playing with Roms. I bought a Z2 Force but still on VZ. I bought a Sprint Z2 Force last month and unlocked the boot loader and rooted the phone. I haven’t flashed any Roms yet, I just waiting for the right one to come along. I’m not a developer but have flashed Roms since the First Moto Droid. I’ll be happy to give feedback. My Sprint is not my main phone, its just for play. I do want to unlock the sim in a month and bring the phone over to my Verizon account.
Not a Dev but been rooting and modding since htc Evo and original Xbox. Would love to help in any way possible.
ok so i only have a Z2 as of now in the Z family what i would like to know is what apps do you wish came built into a custom rom the you have found useful while on a custom rom? the goal is to become stable asap and we are seemingly stable now but we really want to polish this up.
we have a few more phone we are getting ready to start build for too but this phone is the main focus right now we have one of the devs on the team running this on the international s9. if todays build is ready for prime time we will post it asap but we are trying to get the install instructions done since it is a little work after the install.

It's not the same it works like maru but runs Los 15.1 not stock Android like maru and is on Ubuntu 16.04 not Debian. This room work the same but is a little different.
We made more progress last night. Hoping that we will have all the bugs worked out after today's report sync.
the command center widget that displays both the Moto mod battery and the phones battery
Hopefully u can make it so u don't have to log in to your G account to do the initial startup. And I 2nd apps needed r a good file explorer and maybe an alternative market like ACC or mobolism.
Any update on the development? Would really like to give this ROM a shot!
Anything new?
so quick update:
this is an unofficial build of maru os and if anyone is willing to help with development i would greatly appreciate the help. i am stuck at this moment since the guys i was working with are very busy at this moment. if you are serious about helping this progress to a stable build i can get you access to my build server to get this up and running once more. my phone is the one and only as of now and i have been enjoying it very much testing all the possibilities with external hardware. Devs please dm me tester will be selected once the builds are ready for single zip installs.
