Use flash tool and flash the recovery kernel
OR
Use PhilZ touch Recovery Installer to install recovery!
If you have any 4.4.2 ROM(in zip file) go to it's zip and find boot.img
Use this boot.img file to install recovery(FLASH VIA Flashtool)

Hello guys,
I'm on Stock Rom (10.3.1.A.2.67) and rooted (unlocked bootloader) it with this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2386405 method.
Now I want to switch to CM11, but I have Problems installing a recovery. Which recovery should I use and how can I flash it?
(I was on existenZ before and I wanted to install CM11 from recovery (dual recovery) but installation failed -> bootloop. So I had to reflash Stock Firmware with the Sony Flash Tool)

if you want to root it on .201 firmware, you must unlock the bootloader
if you don't want to unlock bootloader,flash 4.1.2 firmware,root it & flash a pre-rooted 4.3 rom
