Upgrading my Z1 C6903 to 4.4.4 - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I have unlocked bootloader and rooted Z1 in generic global Rom, and I just now got 14.4.A.0.108
I wanna download it via PC Companion, but I don't know how to make an FTF file from it
Who could help me? How can I do that?

i have tried to flash TFTs using flash tool and it keeps aborting , i tried to use Sony pc suite and SUS but keeps failing with an error 2003

Download the firmware ftf file that is in the general section, download flashtool - the latest version which is 0.9.13.0 and flash the firmware.
So you mean guys is ftf update? Not android firmware update?..

The OTA will fail, because your bootloader is unlocked.

You don't say which firmware version you're running. It's best to provide details when asking for help.
If you're running anything up to and including 4.4.2 (10.5.A.0.230), then just use towelroot.
If you're on 4.4.4 (10.5.1.A.0.283 or 10.5.1.A.0.292) then it's slightly more complicated. Follow my guide here.
