so I'm having a problem where when i try to use an app that requires an internet connection,it gives me a network error.can someone please help me fix this?

Check the if the APN is right Settings --> Wireless.. --> Mobile Network --> APN
There sould be two one for the mms and one for the Web Connection..
Web Connection should be tickt and it should be the Provider relevant APN..

[Q] [QUESTION]Help me getting Wifi on a ROM Port![ASAP :-)]

Hey all, can somebody help me? Has anybody been successful getting wifi to work on a port from the Gtab 10.1? i am stuck at obtaining IP adress. I did all i could. I know they used a different wifi module. I think i fixed that too. but i am missung something. Any ideas? This is the NoTW rom. You can find it in the rom developent section under a [developer preview]notw somehing thread

Had JW6 but after few hours though the wifi signal shows strong , cannot connect to internet.
Tried to install Dark Night and tried to register my email address but cannot connect either.
Is my modem screwed ? Can anyone help please ?

Hi my friends, first sorry about my english. i have one Samsung Galaxy S Plus i9001 and I've installed different version of CM9 development for i9001. but all of them have WIFI difficulties!! :crying: they can find wifi connections but cannot connect to any of them. there is no response!! in some of them after i entered wifi access password, my phone shown:"Not in Range"...
did any of you test wifi for these releases of CM9?

Did u have that problem on Gingerbread?If u did then it's a hardware problem.I have cm9 too on my s plus and no wifi problems.
i have the same problem... well kinda...
my wifi works but some networks don't appear... and before with another ROM everyhitng worked!
anyone knows how to fix this?

really looking forward for some help from u guys.. :crying::crying:​m using galaxy ace gts5830 with cyanogenmod 10.1-20130908 and aircel network.
my problem is that from last few days i cannot access packet data because the access points gets deleted automatically and instead of aircel it shows 405804 code. i cannot create access point manually as even after saving its not displayed.
is there any solution to change back the 405804 code back to aircel or any app or update to fix the network issue??
m really frustrated. pls pls pls help me guys...

I think it is because of the ROM. Try flashing another ROM.

This is a known problem with Android Jellybean 4.2.x earlier builds. You can see similar problems here,
Issue 40203:Access Point Names (APN) automatically deleted in 4.2
I suggest you upgrade your OS, CM 10.1, to the latest build or install CM 10.2. I haven't seen anyone reporting a similar problem in the latest build of CM 10.1 or 10.2. You can find all the roms available for our device in the following link,

seems its a rom's fault...reset the phone..it may solve the problem.
