What Is Black Exodus?
When I started theming for Android almost 1 year ago I always liked making dark themes and as I was always purchasing devices with the AMOLED screen technology it would save a little battery too. So this is basically what Black Exodus is, its a completely dark, minimal experience for all you guys on AOKP/CM9 to enjoy. I took inspiration from Pele on his Black Android Theme and took feedback to make this as clean and simple as possible. May I also add that this theme is FAR from done and plan on adding tonnes more features in the near future.

Amazing theme...
question: in the notification bar next to the wifi, signal, battery icons... the bluetooth icon is always in white...looking like it has an active connection.. shouldn't it be grey or something until its connected?

This is a known bug in the theme and I plan on fixing it as soon as I can.
Currently on a break from Android related things.

Very nice theme. I want to ask if there's a way to mod all of the icons of my apps like on the theme. I could make the icons, but how I can use them? Tanks in advance.

Hi,
I absolutely LOVE this theme, but there is one thing stopping me from using it.
In the SMS/Messages app everything is black (which i like), but the problem is text messages from other people is also black --- which means I cant read it.
is there any way to change the colour of the text from other poeple in the app? Thanks for your help!

na that rom just needs to quit adding stuff that conflicts with the theme engine. There should be a setting to change that actionbar to stock. I forget what it's called, I haven't used carbon in over a year.

It was tinted status bar for xposed. Now everything is okay, thanks for fast support.

This theme is really awesome bro... Makes my One+ 1 look sexy ????

Really great theme rayford loving it. The speakerphone icon is oversized though on cm11

Sound tile icon for quick settings on aosp do not change. Always shows the vibrate icon. That's the only thing I can find wrong. Great theme!

I think I found the problem though. You can select which sound modes when clicking the tile. I select Vibrate and Sound & Vibrate. The icon always shows the vibrate. If I select Sound and Vibrate, the sound one shows the speaker icon. Make since?

Hello, i have found a bug. In the settings menu when i go to apps the settings go force close. On other themes this not happend.

Because the Force Closes happens again in the settings and now not only in the apps also in wlan settings.

Talk about coincidence, this follows the same color scheme and has the same name as my ROM released back on the Galaxy S2.

could anyone make a theme with dialer and settings inverted (white font on black / dark background)?
i`ve searched for hours and could not find a single one (emui 3.1 or 4.0 themes) which work as they should.
would love to see a working inverted theme for EMUI 4.1! :good::fingers-crossed:

If you enable Invert Colors option in Settings > Accessibility, the UI looks absolutely gorgeous. But the inversion is system-wide and causes lags. However, I would really like a theme that matches that.

I guess i'll have to check out how to 'build' themes or atleast how to extract and pack. Im currently on playstores emui 3 dark theme, but theres no black mms app, as im on emui 4.

i found just a little glitch, in the sms application, conversation contacts' name are black on black so no readable (only on new messages they became bold white), is it possibile to have a 2nd release?
