hi,
i'm having an issue with Xperia T lt30p
when plugged to either computer or wall charger using Sony OEM cable the LED charing doesn't lit up also the battery charging icon doesn't shows up!
please check the picture i took below, if anyone have an idea what causes that, please let me know!!
i already had that issue before the update, now i updated to the latest firmware but same issue is there.

Hey All.
I have an expreia V, After I turned it off it won't start and I tried wall charger but it wont yet,
The LED is off but when I removed the battery and connect phone to wall charger blink red LED starts to blink
How can I solve the problem?
Same problem with my xperia v
but when i plug my xperia to charger
the led light ,goes red and still lighting up ,but i think it didnt charge ,even the screen didnt lightup
please help

If the battery is very low 0%, the phone will not react the first half an hour or so of charging

Hello i have problem with xperia T, my phone wont charge, it doesnt show the red light, but giving signs of life, when i put it on charger with lock power button it blinking red light for the moment and then stop and disappears, any suggestions ?

Just plug it in to the wall charger and let it sit for a while (30 mins?) to get some juice. It may not look like it's doing anything... but just be patient and see what happens. Then try to turn it on... it should be fine.

Are you using the stock wall charger that came with the phone?
yep that one.
charge it at least overnight, but preferably 24hs it will come to life eventually. This has been reported often and charging for a prolonged time makes it work again.

I have an Xperia T (for fixing) and It seems not charging the battery, every time i plug it in the wall charger the red led notification show up, then blink, then shows up again. the battery is cold and it doesn't charge
the weird thing is that I unplugged the battery off of the phone, connected the phone straight to usb (without battery) and phone turned off of course. suddenly Sony logo appeared then charging icon appeared as it's charging! but there is no battery, also sometimes it shows up even when the battery plugged in but the battery doesn't charge!!
Please anyone familiar with this issue let me know, if its a Hardware or a Software related.. or something to do with the charging circuit or some components in the mainboard?

I've recently bought a cheap defective Xperia Z from a Seller who claimed it wasn't charging at all.
I thought it'd be fun tinkering around with it and ordered it.
The problem I have is now more complex than I thought.
When the phone is completely turned off it's charging just as it's supposed to charge.
While charging you can see the red LED and you can follow the charging progress by gently pressing on the powerbutton.
I've charged it over night and when I woke up the LED was green (fully charged... to 98 Percent )
Neither the chargers (I've tested a wide variety) nor the phone are running hot while charging!
When I'm booting the phone while the powercord is connected, the red light disappears and its not indicating any charging activity (it only complains about the not closed waterproof powerjack).
I thought it might be a software issue so I upgraded the stock KitKat rom to the stock LP 5.0.2 rom Build number 10.6.A.0.454.
Nothing changed whatsoever.
I hope you guys can help me :highfive:
EDIT: It's a T-Mobile DE branded device an I do not know about any Simlock
Edit2: Plugged in to the usb of my Notebook, it will not be detected as well.
My XZ2's battery still good everything fine but one strange thing is after fully charging and unplug cable the green led light still remain around 1 or 2 second then gone. It's not instantly discharge it instead took a second delay to discharge
I'm using UCH20 charger.
Please tell me what's wrong if you guys facing same problem! Thank you
