Hi Guys,
I switched from CM7 to MIUI and its been working wonders. Great ROM. I am on Android 2.3 with build MIUI-203300
I went to google play to download the new Daily Show app, but the store doesn't recognize the phone as being compatible even though it says the minimum requirement is Android 2.1
Anybody can please point me on how to fix this. Much much appreciated.

I packed your recoverys and made a zip flashable recovery, but never said I made a recovery. When a new version appears I pointed to your work.

Yes, indeed I use some lines of your post, but to be clear, the script that is in the zip is not what is in your post, it has a lote more, and yours don't work on this device, yes a grab some delete lines to simplified the list of apps, but that was it, and I have not mentioned, simply by forgetting it.

Is there any way to delete the updates apk in /data/app?
As you know some of them are in /system and in /data once they are updated, but the name changes if is update again.
For instance:
Books.apk is in /system but, com.google.android.apps.books-1.apk is in /data and if is updated again it will be com.google.android.apps.books-2.apk
I tried using
delete("/data/app/com.google.android.apps.books*.apk");
or
delete("/data/app/com.google.android.apps.books-*.apk");
instead of
delete("/data/app/com.google.android.apps.books-1.apk");
delete("/data/app/com.google.android.apps.books-2.apk");
bud didn't work. Is there any way to delete the files that that have similar name.

I tried to flash a rom from this website: sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=36 , the last rom, because my Moto G 2 is Duos TV. When I flashed the rom, my camera stopped, just the frontal camera function, my flashlight too stopped... I really like to know, if you can help me with it... How you know, the cam of Moto G 2 has a button to change between Frontal and main camera, but this button doesn't appears, and the options in the configuration is blocked(some of them).
Please help me, I paid R$799,00 (money of Brazil), thanks a lot for everything!

You are using the Motorola app or the Google camera app? The button to change are in different places.
About the firmware, you have to flash the correct one? Has to be the with dstv in the name. If you flash the wrong one try flash the correct.

Adrianom, thanks for answer my question, but yes, I made the correct download, in the name was wrote DSTV, and about the app.. I don't know what the app that I'm using, is the factory app of the device, probability of Motorola. And all the apps that has the function of camera, neither of them work with me... Thanks for everything, and.... What do you think about my english? Is good or not?
Restarts before finalizing the installation
Friend, did the procedure to install this ROM , already have the unlocked Bootloader and Flash Recovery CWM , however when are installing the phone restarts and crashes in toot screen. Has suggested to solve this?
Using scripts can usually upgrade?
If I install the Rom Stock and use the scripts before the OTA update, I can upgrade later without the applications of Motorola?

Did all the installation process and everything was perfect, just a detail that installed only by CWM recovey at TWRP was not.
Root is stable? No bootloops? I turn back to kk from 5.0 because link2sd not working in 5.0 rooted and unstable root.

I just installed CM12 on my Internation Note 4. Will xposed work on it? And if so, what version should I get? (I'm pretty new to all this, and the arm64, x86, etc terms are pretty technical for me and confusing)

If you are new to all of the Xposed stuff, do a lot of research before you do anything. Xposed is a powerful framework, which can easily turn your device into a useless paperweight if flashed without any knowledge about it. You could go ahead and read at least the first and second post of the following thread:

There is an FAQ available to answer most of your questions. Use the flow chart in post #2 to determine the correct Xposed version for your device (links to the corresponding threads are linked below the flow chart). If you have further questions about your device/ROM and Xposed, use the search function to search this thread, if anyone else has reported that Xposed is working for your device/ROM.
But please, don't do anything without further investigation by yourself. This is some serious stuff.
Furthermore, I would suggest you do a little research about bootloops and how to recover from them. And don't forget to backup your entire system through your custom recovery before flashing anything.

So, I'm with my lovely s3mini tried several ROMs but finally I'm on resurrection remix, my problem its can't run spirit FM radio don't [email protected] that I have to configure it or try with it anymore...I'm not so noon...
8 have seen @lot of mods shipping a working FM app with it but surely failed to use any of it in that ROM, at least most libraries come from 7.1.2 open source project different from native or modded to custom ui or anything..
@nyway, please developers, I need your help, i need one of theese working apps with libraries it uses to get FM works in a flashable zip file, to know I have full [email protected] my mobile so try anything manners. Thanks all in advance.

Really thank you friend, I've tried many versions from @Round..but its the only working one...but I noticed that the other versions became able to access fm,,no accessible fm,,is no more shown,...as if it should be unlocked first...but..again..I should unlock again " open it with that version mentioned" then go to other...so I deleted them..now I'm with working spirit FM app.
That's good, but I wanted the version @LREady come with stock on my 7.1.2 android from one [email protected] developers

This is not so much a note 9 question but i am in the note 9 port of the forum and it deals with the android system.
I am trying to learn a few things about android OS. I would like to make a rom and know there are some good tuts on xda.
I happen to be a hands on learner. By that i mean i like to learn by doing so tuts are good but dont pinpoint my want.
I have a android streaming box. It is from what i have read a china clone with a rockchip 3328 chipset and a 8723 wifi chip. It seems the company i bought it from put out their firmware but its very buggy and there is no twrp for it but it dose have root. But not supersu. If i install supersu the binaries are out dated and if you update them it will bot boot.
Ok anyways my question is can i open the system img and change the launcher because no launcher seems to work just by downloading from the store. and edit the systemui and framework-res because it seems somewhere the notification bar and the nav bar are gone on the ui. I then would pack it up again and install like normal firmware.
What pratfalls will i encounter and if there is any write ups on something like this please let me know.
Lastly and it may be way beyond the scope of this post. What is the process of mak8ng or rebuilding twrp to work with my device i would really like to give that a go too.
