Thanks I think I have sussed it thanks to DooMLoRD and his posts, SEUS didn't do anything it just told me my device was up-to-date, I have downloaded and installed the FlashTool and a new ROM 4.2.2. Bingo it updated my device, Thanks. :good:

Hi,
I've tried to upgrade to CM 10 on my X8, but now i can't boot it since it gets stuck on the Sony Ericsson logo. I've tried Update Service Pc companion and flashtool but none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated!

try seus
It's just a soft brick. Pcc, seus, and flashtool should be able to help you out. But what do you mean they don't work? More info please. What happens when you flash stock rom using flashtool, for example?

sorry about it i'm afraid of my phone bricked ( anyone help me please
You have to first use flashtool to flash it.
Once you've flashed it with one of the generic firmware for C6603 or C6602 depending on your model, you will be able to boot into the stock firmware for android.
You'll then have to root it using goroh's root exploit and then flash either cwm or twrp again. For cwm and twrp, if you have a locked bootloader, you have to use the locked bootloader versions instead.
After that, you can then proceed to flash the rom of your preference again but before that, i suggest doing a nandroid backup.

Because you look like flashed a custom kernel that don't have the WiFi and Bluetooth files. So that's why. If you really did that or deleted the files in system/etc/firmware/wlan/prima try to flash stock ROM again.

Just go to Update Service within Pc companion. There must be an option Repair my phone or something. it will do a clean install of the os. Beware - it will wipe all data on phone so backup first.
