[Q] Htc one gone dead

Hello all,
I am using HTC ONE since the last 3 months and its simply amazing to use but today all of a sudden my device went dead.
The screen went black, i thought i must have drained the battery but even the charging light doesn't lit up when i connect it to the charger.
I tried long pressing the power button + volume slider but nothin happens.
Cant figure out what the problem is..please help!!

Put it under a strong light and longpress power and vol-

My Phone Power Off, charging, the LED turns red, then turns orange, then turns off. And the process is repeated. The LED never turns on green.
HTC one m7, 6 months of use. I've tested many cables, original and other brands.
I performed factory reset, original rom.
Im From Brazil, in Brazil there is not servicing of HTC.
Anyone got the solution?

I tried to perform this procedure several times.
While holding Power, Vol Up and Vol simultaneous down, for 2 minutes or nothing happens. After 10 minutes charge. It did not work.
I hold the buttons, htc one is restarting. I believe this is common ok?
Already tried to delete batterystatus.bin (data/system/) nothing happens.
Applications used to calibrate the battery and unsuccessful.
I'm really desperate.

I'm really happy now. After 1 week worked.
I hold the POWER, VOL DOWN, and placed opposite the light from the PC monitor to 2 sensors HTC ONE.
15 Seconds.
Light point to the sensors of the HTC and hold VOL DOWN and POWER for 15 seconds.

HTC ONE Won't Charge, only power off
I had issue where phone was not getting charged. I did try steps for reboot/keeping it on off for 2 mins. However I saw one post to restart the phone while it is on and plugged in. For now it resolved the problem.

When I hold the POWER, VOL DOWN button, I get to the recovery/fastboot option and nothing changes. Please can you suggest ?

[Q] Lumia 920 with 8.1 wont charge - the phone is dead - pls help

Pls I need your help...
I also had the problem with my Lumia 920 , that the power button wasnt responsive ....
if I have switched the device off - If I have wanted to get it back on - most of the times when I have pressed the power on button
it didnt turn the device on , only when I did soft reset the device turned back on ....
My battery went went to 0 precent and I didnt have the time to connect the device to charger
so the device turned itself off..
Now I cant turn the device on any more
the power buton is not responding ...... soft reset, hard reset does nothing because I dont have battery power
of connecting the device to a charger or to the computer via the usb cable also dont do anything to the device ,
my device is dead only because i dint have the time to connect him to a charger in time ??
what can I do ?

Connect phone to charger and wait some time... Nokia has a battery software protection and will not turn on when the battery is completely discharged.

yes, connect phone to charger and leave it some time... after some time just press and hold volume minus and power key together until phone vibrate...

Charge and wait until your phone turn on it self,

[Q] Sprint HTC M8 Doesn't switch on

My phone battery died and the phone got switched off, now its not switching on even after charging through wall charger. When I try to reset the phone by pressing volume up + power on button/volume up+down+power on button after about few seconds the white screen with htc logo and powered by android comes up for few seconds and goes black again.
When I press volume up+Down+Power button for more time the white screen appears multiple times but phone doesn't boot. I can see the black screen battery charging animation, battery charge percentage and steady orange light when connected to the wall charger.
Please help me, if anybody has a solution to bring back the phone to life.

After few attempts of different combination of power up + volume down + volume up buttons I could get into the bootloader screen, when reboot and other options didn't work. I reset the phone and it came back to life, but lost all the data on the phone memory.

My phone was on 17% when i connected it to charger.After sometime i checked my phone to make sure it was charging and everything was alright my phone charged to 37% when I last checked. After 2:30 hours i checked my phone and it was showing charging LED but wasn't on.I tried to turn it on but it didn't turn on. Also no when i connect my phone to charger it won't show charging LED. I tried Volume up,down and power button method, and i also tried volume up and power button under a bright light. It just won't turn on. I connected my phone to my PC. Its only show a QHSUSB_BULK HS-USB QDLoader 9008 Driver. Any help would be appreciated.
Note: Its a rooted Sprint HTC one m8.

How long did you hold down the power & volume buttons for? Did you hold all three buttons down at the same time?
Also, what ROM & firmware were you on? Or were you stock rooted? How long have you had the phone, and was it new or used when you bought it?

I had a similar problem a few years ago. My phone screen would turn off on its own. I would then have to restart it Finally I noticed that the Orange charge LED would not show when plugged in to a power source. When plugged in to a source the Orange LED showed for a moment, then turned off. Once dead, I could not charge it to restart. Sent to HTC and they said the motherboard died. Initially charged me 300 dollars, but I told them it was better for me to buy a Nexus at that price. They lowered it to 150 dollars and I got it repaired. Now days, again I am noticing the screen going dark on its own, but it is difficult to enable the screen by clicking the power button. The phone is on, but just dark screen. Currently I am rooted and S-On with Stock ROM.

Connect your phone to 2-2.5 amp WALL charger(original or another OEM original, original chargers are sold only in brand shops), and cheap cables most of the time don't work either.
wait 15-20 minutes and hold power button + vol up + vol down for 30 seconds.
Same thing happened with me but I was in recovery on low battery(while plugged in). You will also lose simlock if you are international user.
Check the screenshot in this thread, if you have the same thing showing on Windows Device Manager then it's most definitely a flat battery.
