Better than old one?

is this phone better than the samsung exhibit 4g the orginal one? my samsung exhibit 4g the orginal one wont boot up and think about buying this one but not sure is it faster? does it have a good 4.0 rom? can i flash it with out woring about briking it?

The original and the new one doesn't have any development yet only the t679. The t559 is running stock jb 4.1

And how is the t679 running stock 4.2.2 stock for the t679 is gingerbread 2.3.6 uvle1

Custom rom...Also wont happen again,the site mentioned for selling has no exhibits for sale.I can't really how much to sell for.

i do not mean to split into your conversation but i have an actual " Samsung Exhibit 4g model SGH-T759 " with the t-mobile logo printed across the top front of the device, the specs for the device say it is a Android 2.3 gingerbread os which from my understanding is reliable but out dated, i also have been looking on the web for a way to root this thing and i have no idea what the world i am doing?!
i keep seeing Roms for Samsung exhibit 4g. but the model numbers are not the same! the number i see on the sites is SGH-T679! i know for a fact i have am exhibit 4g and i cannot find squat on how to mod it?
I also have a HP Touch Pad which i did root and install Cyanogenmod9
it was fairly simple to switch from the webOS to CM9!
Does anyone have any Real words of wisdom!.?

some themes that works

Hi guys, just had my hand's over the Flex and was running out of theme's which was never a case with G2 or G-pro
but after testing some theme's from the older devices, i found that these are working just perfect.
try them. simply install the apk file then go to settings theme and change as per your likings
have a nice time
added some keyboard themes from LG smart world .

Install the apk then go to homescreen settings, then theme and select the theme you installed. These are launcher themes

Are the themes available for all carrier branded phones? I'm on AT$T. I know on some other phones only the TMobile branded phones had theme chooser to let you change the theme, so I figured I'd ask.

I'm not going to comment on all that dev drama crap. It sucked. I'm over it. Anyways KR is still kick ass for me and so I'm staying. I'm kitkat spolied. We can't get any AOKP or cynagenmod so this is the tip of it. The sad thing is that a talented dev screwed us and himself on the donation front. Damn I said I wouldn't go there......my bad.

I plan on staying with KitKat even though my favorite rom is gone. Not sure what to think about the situation but I guess my phone will continue to run KR5.6 until I find something better. I think it is unlikely that Note 3 users will get anything better than what we saw with that particular dev even though it was a pretty shady situation.
Just my opinion...

Can somebody please send me a valid link to kr5.6? Maybe Dropbox or something just so I can experience it? I wasn't around to grab it b4 the drama or whatever was going on

Unfortunately seems like Drakey was porting all the ATT roms over and Dev them so looks like were at a standstill with roms unless someone else comes forward and can dev.
What a shame the whole thing...

I switched to FireNote. Haven't had any problems so far.

I went back stock with modded apks and ran light debloat script I'm happy until we get kk rooted...

Oh wells, like someone else said on this thread. Someone will figure out the porting process and take care of us AT&T users.

I'm still using KR for now until a better KitKat ROM is out. I wasn't experiencing any issues except a messaging fc when using the pen to show a preview. I was able to fix this by flashing another ROM and using titanium backup to backup messages and flash back to KR then do a restore in titanium. So I guess I'm staying for now.

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 ROM (Volunteers Needed)

Hello Everybody,
I'm willing to make a stock debloated, rooted etc. rom for the Galaxy Tab S 8.4. However, since I don't own the tablet I will need volunteers to help test it out beta by beta until the final release. So, if I can even just get one person to help out i'll be 100% willing to help do this.
-It will take a bit before I start as I am currently doing one for the 10.5 crowd but i'm very close to finishing it for the final release.
Anyway, if you would like to help out please comment below so that I know I have people to help me out.

If I bother, there won't be much development to it. It will just work and with just a few mods and as usual Aroma installer/debloater. It will be what I use because any other time will be devoted to Kernels.
OT: The Note 4 will be released soon, and look forward to it. It might have the Exynos 5433 with Octa core (8 cores at once instead of 4x4). Just have to wait for the announcement start of September......
Anyway, nice work by the Dev and look forward to seeing future releases

Themes for liquid smooth v4?

Are there any themes available for liquid smooth v4? I'm using the latest debased build, and have tried the holo dark cm12 theme using the layers manager and it doesn't seem to work...
I'm just looking for a dark theme. This white kills my eyeballs.

You have to use a layers theme. Cm12 themes don't work
