[Q] help!! modify ota vodafone htc one

my htc one m7 is unlocked and root.
my device is PN0710000.
cid: vodap304
my htc is free to any operator.
My doubt is:
ota this is for my htc one m7

Yeah, this rom will erase the vodafone app, but you can't get the ota because you've the Vodafone CID.
You should change it for receive ota, but you need the s-off.
Are you in s-off?

ok i have an HTC ONE M8 Harman and Kardon edition from (SPRINT) i unlocked the bootloader changed cid to 11111111 and turned s-off
wqell my son was install something and COMPLETELY wiped my phone.... since then i have only been able to install
LquidSmooth i love it but my stock rom is gone since he wiped my sd card
I cant find a stock rom out there and when i do i cant figure out why it always says "FAILED"
can someone please send me the stock rom?? all i remember is my cid was SPCS_004 everything i download wont install
what do i do?

I recently Updated it to android 5.0.2
I couldn't Find ruu for 5.0.2 with my MID PN0771000 and CID HTC_J15
and flash older ruus
I want to downgrade Hboot

Hi all,
I'm looking for original ROM backup. I have received OTA update, but for some reason my phone didn't boot after install. My phone is S-ON and I'm having problem with getting S-OFF so I can't flash RUU (or can I?). I forced phone to boot using some Android 4.4.3 backup for EU version. But I have Nordic version and when I try to run some updates, they fail.
So I'm looking for stock Nordic ROM backup
M7 DualSIM
M7CDUG
CID: HTC__032
HBOOT 2.49
ROM version 7.17.402.15
Can anyone help me?
