They do. I did however run into the lag issue after installing xposed, which was corrected using this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2784945

Wanam xposed doesn't work at all, it asks for root I I give it access when I change settings and reboot nothing ever works. Anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, it works great for me.
I downloaded the xposed framework installer, installed the framework with it, then installed wanam from app store, enabled the wanam module in xposed, and it worked.Maybe you missed a step? It's easy to forget to enable wanam

I'm almost positive it's because you don't have the framework installed or you don't have the xposed module enabled in the framwork app.
Thank you both got it work

You can't use ISIS when rooted. How do you tempory unroot? Is it quick and easy to do? Also when KitKat comes out for T-Mobile what do you have to when rooted. Thanks

I didn't see the T-Mobile module. Unless I over looked it.
Rootcloak isn't just for art it works for any app or provider that checks for root before opening the app

Just download this? Download from the Xposed Modules Repo: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.devadvance.rootcloak and follow the instructions. Sorry I need to learn more about Modules. As of now I just have G2 Xposed.
First u have to have xposed installer installed then download and install the module and yes to it question

I've just rooted my device using geohot's towelroot.apk and now I can't use my ISIS wallet app for my free Jamba Juice smoothies. I'm searching around and I can't find a method to unroot.
Kies3 isn't working either as it says "firmware initialisation is not supported by this model"
PLEASE HELP!
Edit: I've also tried to use SuperSU to unroot, but it won't let me update the binaries and just force closes
Edit 2:
*** PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR ALL OTHER USERS THAT HAVE THIS ISSUE
I found out that you cannot use the SuperSU downloaded from the play store as it will just force close. Download the apk from this link: http://download.chainfire.eu/447/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.99r4.zip
SuperSU should be able to update itself successfully after you open the application. Afterwards, you can use the permanent unroot option from the settings and that's it! I'm going to go get my free smoothie now.
I AM HAVING THE EXACT SAME ISSUES AND NEED TO UNROOT ALSO.

You should be able to download xposed, then rootcloak, and hide root from ISIS. Works on my M8.

Yes install xposed and root cloak and it will work fine that is what I did

Yes, I already found this out with my wife's AT&T Note 3. Xposed plus Rootcloak is the answer to Isis not working with root.

Would still be nice to know how to unroot for warranty purposes.

It does. I just tried. Now I'm trying Kies 3 to restore. Google play services wont work on my phone anymore. I thought this root was to good to be true. Now we have problems. I'm not the only one.

Yes. You will install the superuser apk that is floating around if you haven't already and then update the binaries after you open the app.
Then go to settings in the superuser app and do the permanent unroot. I also uninstalled the towel root app too just in case. Then reboot and you should be unrooted.

There are apps that can do switch it (I think they have been pulled from the play store), there are terminal/adb commands that can do it, and there are kernels that are permissive by default.
Haven't needed to touch selinux for Xposed for ages.
Make sure you have the right apk to match the zip.from the official Xposed thread. If its correct, then post in the 5.1 discussion thread by romracer for help.
