[Q] Replacement for tf701t touchscreen! - Asus Transformer TF701

Need help! Who changed the touchscreen respond! I bought touchscreen changed it, but it works as a mirror image(ASUS tf701t). How can I fix it?

Where the black circle is its ripped and want to know if its fixable before I buy a new screen digitizer. I tried using the touch screen and it didn't work and then I seen this.

Partial touchscreen not working

Hi, I'm on a stock Android 4.3 and a vertical portion of touchscreen is not working very well. sometimes it does but it have a very low sensitive.
i already tried to repair the firmware but no result. which could be te reason and what could be the fixes ?
