Hi all. I've note 3 sm-n900a, running 4.3 and rooted to use Regionlock away. And now i want to updgrade it to 4.4 KK.
So my question is, will the phone be locked again once unrooted and upgraded to 4.4??
I've searched everywhere and no answer found. So thanks for helping me

I doubt it. But if it re locks, you can re root with towelroot and use Regionlock Away again. But not quite sure if you can still root though on a July build so look around first if you can root until this day.

No problem. Look around before you do update cause you won't be able to go back from NC2 (official KK) to previous builds. And not sure if there's a new update that is unrootable or the same NC2 update that might be unrootable. I haven't been searching that much.

Problème solved.
I've successfully upgraded my at&t note 3 from 4.3 to Android 4.4.2 without loosing the unlock done with RegionLock away. Thanks a lot

Region Unlock modifies/patches the modem, so anytime you update your baseband, you must run Region Unlock again, no biggie.

What is your baseband now?

lol are you serious ?!
I was planning to revert back to MJ5 and then install NC2.
What you think about that?! Or MLG is better !!

you´ll always need a recovery as long as devs don´t create an exploit

Of course you can root it. here is the root file http://download.chainfire.eu/232/CF-Root1/CF-Auto-Root-m3-m3zh-gti9305.zip?retrieve_file=1
just extract the zip, and flash the CF-Auto-Root-m3-m3zh-gti9305.tar.md5 file with odin.
Thanks but wich file I need keep to flash there is 3 XUENA2 ...XSV OR XFZ OR the latest OPS firmware ?

How disable the red text at the booting of my rooted tablet :"kernel is not seandroi
Hi,
All is said in the title. I suppose there should be a tip to avoid this boring red text at reboot?
Thanks men!

I'd like to know also.
I suspect it's a matter of the independent developers eventually releasing their own kernel(s).
If you don't like that text then flash the stock kernel.

That message comes from the bootloader. Unless you have some method of hacking the bootloader it's not possible.
Ok ? no problem so, it isn't a big issue!

Hi,
Is there a way to flash the official Android N firmware with twrp?
I don't want to loose data, and keep root if it's possible.
Thanks a lot
