There is a clock widget for your home screens that looks very similar. I'll upload it to drive in a bit and post a link. My Dropbox has been suspended due to high traffic from public download.

This app doesn't have time...only date week.and day....and the weather widget is stock weather widget.lg prada 3 you can download it from dj room performance pack

No, that's unfortunately not possible. You should try other launchers when you want to use the AccuWeather widget.
in the galaxy tabs it's possible

No its not the same app.But it works great and with the same graphics.
Xwidget app is beautiful from Note 3 I use this apk .....very nice

Oh, really. Here's mine, I use Epilson project ROM and use a custom font + Nova Launcher + black wallpaper to make make phone faster and battery last longer. Here is the screenshot:
