Hi guys im on latest official Rom. 205
But multitasking is very poor, i can't switch between even two apps.. Whtas your idea? What should i do?
I even rooted and removed some system bloatwares.. Is there any kernel fixing this issue for this rom?
How is the multitasking of cyanogen?

There are many options:
1.Nothing,clean Anroid 4.3 needs minimum 1GB of RAM
2.RE-install software
3.Back to 4.1.2
4.Forget it!
Or you can try the stock .205 firmware debloated, deodexed with superuser mod

If you're looking for performance, unlock your bootloader and install a KK ROM.
400-500 MB free RAM on some ROM's.
Official ROM's have so many crappy software and features in them that slow down the phone to the point it's no longer usable.
As you have experienced yourself...
The recent nightlies for cm11 are very stable just move to cm11 for multitasking as it way better than stock currently and about the battery life I will return to you with the info very soon .
Sent from my Xperia SP using XDA Free mobile app
the screen on time on KK roms is little above 3 hours while on the stock i get almost 6 hours screen on time.
Here you go it's not bad as before.....

Is ultimate ROM good or best or original leaked jelly bean ROM is the best or any other ?
Thanx in advance.....

thread 1.000.000.000 asking this question.
Ultimate cause you can install cleanest. Safe kernel and format system and data.
Alliance is good, but I always had issues cause I couldnt format. Also not everything was installed as I liked, becausebsome options for install are available onky throught scripts called upon bij installed app, which is why formats arent possible for mounts.
What's good for me maybe your poison, but ultimate is way the best
From box 13......

I've used ultimate since it came out, as my driver. It's the best
From box 13......
all jb based on dumps and leaks have issues currently. Just read the threads, and on none perform a battery pull or your phone wont boot.
the rom today is angry v3................it comes with multiwindow, airview, inkeffect on lock screen and have multiple dpi options u can use tablet mod etc.
I suggest ultimate.but alliance and angry are good too
I only tryed the ultimate and im pleased
Ofcourse these roms are kinda based on leaks so expect some problems but nothing sirious really

Was wondering if there were any easy to install tweaks for the xperia T jellybean os, that I can flash with cwm
That would allow me to customize many appearence features on statusbar, and threw out the phone? Would need something that will work on a locked bootloader! Maybe even recomendations on a feature packed custom ROM that uses a stock kernal? Thanks.
Sent from my LT30p using xda app-developers app
No
There are no tweak packs, there is a slight custom ROM, stock based so works on locked bootloaders, XperimenT, its in the android development section, its ICS based, a JB version is being worked on
Thanks! Im using Xperiment beta 2. I love how fast the phone runs, and how good my battery is! I just dont see anything different other than the boot screen . Maybe because its a beta?

Yeah it's because it's a beta and the dev wants to get it stable before he adds customizations, also they don't work from ICS so new ways are needed to get it working. Patience

Fair enough! I might flash the xperimenT ics stable then, quick question tho.. Can I not keep the jb xperimenT backup on my phone, and then swap roms as needed via cwm restore? Would be fairly cool. On the same note, minus the odd crash here and there, the experimenT jb beta is just incredible performance wise.

You may have issues as to swap versions, JB and ICS, a lot of the time you need format sd card, you'll also need to make sure the correct kernel is in place and that you flash the correct cwm+reboot fix, so it is a pain bit doable

If I would root my P880, will I lose my IMEI ?
Sent from my LG-P880 using xda app-developers app
I rooted my phone at least 10 times when we had not custom roms and I never lost my IMEI so don't worry
Sent from my LG-P880 using xda premium
So i can root it, and can continue to update my device with Lg mobile support tool or lg pc suite with beeing ask : theres not a imei avaiable ?
Sent from my LG-P880 using xda app-developers app
I never used LG PC suite when I was on stock rom but I used LG KDZ update to get v20A , it is faster and you won't be asked anything you only need the .kdz file but it is extremely easy to find. IMO that shouldn't be a problem but I'm not absolutely sure
Anyway man you should try customs roms every customs roms we have are better than the LG stock one, the performance, the customization and all the other stuff are way better on customs roms

Actually, you should not install custom roms without backups. You might lose your IMEI and then you are screwed. Happened with some people who installed cyanogenmod rc 4 and 5.

Sent from my LG-P880 using xda app-developers app
RC stands for release candidate. Its a supposed to be more stable than the nightly versions. Fact is, the nightlies are actually better and more stable.
Yep the last nightly is perfect
You can also flash CM based roms like Jellybeer (best rom I tried) or a lot of other roms which are completely stable

There is also this CM which is customise with a lot of LG's features : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253129

My phone is originally in pre-rooted 10.5.1.A.0.283.
Today I flashed C550X_10.5.1.A.0.292_KernelOnly.ftf from the following link directly using latest version of flashtool.
Now working great. Root is still here. I think it's a little smoother as I experienced little lag in 283.

I'm using this recovery. It has been too long I can't recall how I install it..

Btw I installed a power menu plugin in Xposed so I can use power menu to get into recovery. Pretty useful.

Same here. Battery is better in 292 too.
i tried flashing 292 kernel using flashtool but its not getting flashed
I am still on old 283 kernel
any suggestions?
Edit: was able to do it after reinstalling drivers for ZR. Battery drain is very low
But I did not get LTE option
Can anyone re-upload (attach) the file again as the link was removed by a Mod, wanna try the .292 kernel on my ZR
i gotta be honest, using .292 kernel has more battery drain than using .283 kernel. been using it for a week now.
the only advantage on using .292 kernel over .283 is that .292 offers slightly minimal lag than .283 but worst battery than .283 kernel

There's nothing wrong with the .292 kernel. Actually when using .292, the default governer change to ondemand. If u have root acess, change it back to interactive, then ur battery life became normal again.

I tried flashing 292 using OTA but the phone just went to the custom recovery and didn't install anything.
Seems like OTA update does not work for rooted devices.

Just updated.. No perceptible change in lag till now. Battery Drain similar to 5.0.1.. But it's only been 3 hours will update later if there is any change. This seems like stage fright update.. Like the one in S5. That too was around 100 megs

I tried flashing the stock N910F 5.1.1 rom onto my N910G via Odin and it fails at (AUTH). It doesn't brick the phone as I simply pulled out the battery, powered on my phone and started up as normal.
I don't see what the difference is, because when I extract the N910F Rom, the contents and file sizes are exactly the same as the N910G Rom.
I guess we'll just have to wait for an official N910G or for those who don't want to wait can install TWRP and get custom Rom.
Getting 5.1.1 now
Just did a manual check for update and 5.1.1. Us available for download OTA. Gonna install now and see how it goes.
Update: Installed the update, went smoothly. Phone it definitely faster and smoother. Barely any lag now. Some games have taken a quality hit but I think its a bug they said they'll fix.
N910G 5.1.1 Australian update available
Confirming I received a notification last night (06/10) on my phone, unlocked Australian N910G, 5.1.1 update N910GDTU1COH4, a few variants of the 5.1.1 N910G firmware (telstra/optus/voda/unbranded) are available on Sammobile as well if you're not getting OTA updates.
When i downgrade my galaxy note 4 n910g lolipop to kitkat than cant show 4g lte option in mobile network.
