Update LG G2 to KitKat with TWRP - Verizon LG G2

Hi. Im currently using the LG G2 (VS980) with CM11 installed. I have the 12b baseband from verizon. I would like to update to the 24a baseband and install KitKat. Please help

Go to either the Malladus thread or xdabbebs thread and use their update zips to get to 24A. That's what I did.

I was going to use this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2711668
The only thing I am worried about is that it lists the md5 for the ROM. But none of the md5's the list are my same md5. What should I do?

Personally I'd try Malladus instead of that one. I've used that method twice without an issue.

I use the app android file verifier on the Play Store. Open it, tap select your file. The find the file on your SD, long press it and hit calc md5 checksum.

I don't want to use that method because it does not update your baseband to 24a. This is the other method you suggested. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2715408
I will use this if I figure out the md5 thing. I don't think you understand or I don't. When he lists the downloads he also lists the md5 for the file or ROM. Does that md5 have to match my md5? What If my md5 is not listed? How do I find my md5?

I usually do to avoid potential issue with custom roms and enjoy the benefits of any bugfixes and battery savings of the new baseband.

Seems to be flashing fine. Corrupt download? I don't believe you have to be on a 4.4.1 rom to flash the bootloader.
Ever since updating to 4.4.1 I've had full bars for network signal strength, but terrible speeds. Tried re-flashing the radio only. No improvement seen. Is there a way to roll back the radio only, or re-flash the old radio (via TWRP)?
Had someone flashed the bootloader on D820?

I did. Worked

Is the S a typo?
The reason I ask is because according to Samsungs website, the latest is G928AUCU2BPB2 but I think there may have been a small ota that bumped everyone up to G928AUCU3BPB3 but yet again, Samsung is reporting that the MM update is G928AUCU2BPD5 which doesn't make sense of why go from a 2 to 3 back down to 2.
If the latest official AT&T version (5.1.1) is indeed G928AUCU3BPB3, then I found an ota to go from BPB3 to CPE3 here: https://xdmd.sl.attcompute.com/agents/48698/1488/SS-G890AUCU3BPB3-to-U3CPE3-UP

I just extracted the file and it is only a single AP file. Should that be all? There is not an CP, CSC, or BL file.
