Hi guys
I have a Xperia SP device (C5303) with Android 4.3 build 205 - rooted
I've got 3GB free on my internal storage but when I want to install a new software (even with 1MB volume), I receive "Internal Storage Full" message.
I recently did a factory reset, It was fixed at first but now the trouble come back.
What Should I do?
Thanks for helping

No bro there's no Android L ROM for XSP!
It's stock ROM & I changed the appreance!
The 3GB free memory is probably reserved for media or something.
It's probably your system partition where apps are installed which is full.
Try moving some apps to your external SD card. There are plenty of programs for that.
I personally use TitaniumBackup in combination with AppMgr III.
Hello there. There is space that is allocated mainly for system stuff and most apps utilize the remaining 5gb of space left. I suggest you run the bloatware remover script by mrjraider to help out with some bloatware in the rom

Ah i see the problem now.
I've used TWRP quite a while ago and they always seem to have problems with flashing and all of those stuff. You should use CWM recovery next time!
Right now I think it would be wise to use the ZIPME application by JRummy (on the Play Store) and backup all of your apps and essential info into one flashable zip to your SD Card
After doing that, get your country specific .ftf file and flash it with Flashtool
After flash is complete use Towelroot and root your device and then place recoveries to your device
Flash eXistenZ Ultra and flash PA Gapps and the update.zip (backup you made previously) and reboot. [USE CWM]
The storage issues should be less of a problem now.

TWRP is created by a developer and sometimes developers create mistakes. Generally idk what causes those errors but I tend to stick to the old and tested CWM. It's good to use that nandroid backup but I recommend doing a whole reflash

You don't hahaha. You boot into CWM manually
If you dont want to do that, you can use DooMKernel to get CWM recovery as default and all the nifty features included in the kernel too

The Official Part
Everybody is responsible for his Note. If someone bricks his phone with Software or hints out of this thread, it is not my fault.
At least you should take some precautions:
Have an EFS Backup available
Have a CWM Backup available. In case you have to go back suddenly without asking
Have a Titanium Backup. Maybe you have to wipe during flashing. A CWM Backup won't help you, since it flashes the old firmware. Apps and Settings for the new ROM are saved in a Titanium Backup.
What is the Sheep ROM then?
The Sheep ROM is a custom ROM for the GT-N7000 based on Samsung Stock ROMs with the following features:
Deodexed
Zip-Aligned
Pre-Rooted
All apps and feature from Samsung are kept.
(up to 1.2) FM Kernel integrated. The Kernel has CWM 5 and is compatibel to CF Root Kernel (Details: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342807)
build.prop Tweaks (smoother, better memory management)
System Tweaks (better IO performance)
(Up to 1.2) All OXX and OXA product codes integrated. 64 at the moment
Bat in %
CRT Off
Fully Connect Icons
(Up to 1.2) CWM flashable
(From 2.0) Extended Power Menu
The CWM Manager App from Chainfire is not included. Flash a CF Kernel in case you have no backup from this App. I recommend using this App.
Themes and all this stuff was not touched by me. But since the ROM is fully deodexed, it should be a good base doing this. Feel free to create Themes for this ROM or modify it as you like!
Downloads
http://78.46.48.107/
Installation
Up to V1.2:
Flash it per CWM. I recommend the CWM App from Chainfire:
Copy the ROM to the internal SD
Start the CWM Manager
Chose "Flash Update"
Select the Sheep ROM
Acknowledge
You can flash the ROM also directly from CWM. Reboot into Recovery and select:
"install ZIP from SD Card"
"choose ZIP from internal SD Card"
select the Sheep ROM Zip
Acknowledge
V2.x:
V2.x and ongoing are TAR files for Odin. They were mainly created to overcome the root issues of KL7 and later Firmware. The archive contains a Stock kernel in order not to increment the binary counter.
Download Sheep V2.x and extract the RAR File. You should see one or more TAR files
Switch off Note and boot into Download Mode
Start Odin and connect Note to PC
Add the Sheep TAR Files as PDA, Modem, CSC in Odin (see Odin flash guidelines if you are in doubt)
Press "Start"
Flashing will take 3 to 4 Minutes in both cases. The first boot will take up to 5 Minutes (it is a deodexed ROM).
Happy Flashing.
Thanks! Can I flash using Mobile Odin?
Flashed with cwm recovery. Super smooth looks like everything works.
Thanks

The App was intentionally skipped. I appreciate Chainfires work, therefore you should flash the original Chainfire Kernel in order to fetch the App.
Great job! I was waiting for someone to cook up a ROM.. What is the 2.3.6 base for this rom, KKA or KK9?

Installed. Thanks so much! Was flawless. Only during reboot saw the yellow warning symbol. Removed the battery and then turned it on and it went to CMW Recovery mode and worked fine! Thanks a lot!

KKA. I tried both, but KKA was a little bit smoother.
That's what I thought already. But after pushing the cwm apk it works as if I have his kernel already. Just without any limitations.
I don't understand how it's possible, but I'm not complaining.

Cache and Dalvik-Cache is wiped automatically during install. Thats why the first boot takes about 5 Minutes.
Great job, thank you.

If you go to the SGSII theres a program you can use to do it.... Or just copy the EFS folder somewhere. Ideally on your computer in addition to on your SD card, just in case the you loose everything on your phone, including the internal storage.

That's just a single line to enable a disabled feature.
I installed via Recovery but the phone wouldn't boot..
I saw the Doomskernel was booting (the previous I had)
Pulled of the battery, extracted boot.img from your zip and installed it via fastboot
The phone still won't boot...
Did I do something wrong?
Thank you so much for your work. But i should tell that. Your website is so slow. I have to reload the same page several times to be able to see it. Also it was really hard for me to find original download page and link for the rom.And if you want more testers at least you can use screenshots on first message too.
I wish this project would go on Thanks again.

The provided kernel just wont boot. I flashed it twice through fastboot, everything went fine and when I reboot the phone, the screen just stays black for hours. Someone here had the same problem, I'm afraid that maybe the download it's just too slow and unstable (took 2 hours to download) making some files corrupt while downloading. I'm just guessing can someone help? This ROM looks so awesome.

I've tried the recovery for AOKP 4.3 version and its working fine.

Edit: work well with chrome

I guees nobody has a problem with root, that's working well.
I share the problem regarding recovery: Backup, whether internal or external SD, is not possible. CWM says it's unable to mount it.
That's a pity because i really like this ROM and I use it as a daily driver. I would like to uninstall some more Sony-Software, but I'm afraid of ruining the ROM and in that case I don't have a backup I can restore

No, only your recommended CWM v8.
I don't know which other kernel to flash - I'm afraid the ROM doesn't boot then. Perhaps I'll try "old" kernels for 4.1 like nKernel later, but don't know if the ROM can boot with them.

these apps were DEODEXED & Zipaligned
Deodex
Deodexing is basically repackaging of these APKs in a certain way, such that they are reassembled into classes.dex files. By doing that, all pieces of an application package are put together back in one place, thus eliminating the worry of a modified APK conflicting with some separate odexed parts.
In summary, Deodexed ROMs (or APKs) have all their application packages put back together in one place, allowing for easy modification such as theming. Since no pieces of code are coming from any external location, custom ROMs or APKs are always deodexed to ensure integrity.
Zipalign
zipalign is an archive alignment tool introduced first time with 1.6 Android SDK (software development kit). It optimizes the way an Android application package (APK) is packaged. Doing so enables the Android operating system to interact with the application more efficiently, and hence has the potential to make the application and overall the whole system much faster. Execution time is minimized for zipaligned applications, resulting is lesser amount of RAM consumption when running the APK
This rom will get your phone back up and running!!
!!WARNING!!
I'm not responsible or liable for anything that may happen to your phone if you download and install this firmware!
This is a WORK IN PROGRESS!!!
Please feel free to help me make this rom better!
P.S.
This is not a STOCK ROM I was lucky enough to build one from parts and pieces of other stock firmware's that are available for download. Only use this rom if you turned your SM-S920L into a $200.00 bookmark!. As of right now there is no Stock firmware for this device and lots of other straight talk phones also.
Get It Here!!
Little Different ROM???
Lame. I wouldn't donate for a stock rom even if it did exist.
***EDIT***
Ok, so I see you removed the donate link, but the google drive link is not currently working. Is this a custom rom? If so, I don't think I'd be willing to risk my phone without a working custom recovery to backup and restore my phone should something go wrong.
So, I am guessing this is the stock ROM?
what is is s920l ?

I Bricked my SM-S920L after rooting then loading my usual apps, but when installing XPOSED FRAMEWORK after the reboot, no sound and locked at the Straight Talk (Blue) loading screen. Trying to wipe cache or doing a factory reset was usless.///..//>>?? It was a goner with no help anywhere!! But was always able to get into download mode! If this happens to you, then you might find my Frankenstein ROM useful. I was able to make calls but no WiFi or LTE or 3G. So use this ROM as last resort only!!! And yrs Use whatever ODIN version you like...
P.S. if your having problems downloading from Google Drive, I will place it elsewhere. Let me know. Also it took me a long time to get this ROM put together so a thanks would be greatly appreciated!
Good luck and happy ROMing!

Get Chainfires Flashfire app and do a full RAW backup. Compress it any which way you like and upload it. From there I can try to compile a bootable rom for us (I'm desperate and now have some knowledge to do so...as close to factory as possible, please!

I can do this if you are still wanting the RAW backup.
There are tons of things to backup according to the app, do you know which ones you want?
I will post it online once I get the backup made.

The partitions needed would more than likely be from Normal Backup type, but he's asking for full or Force Raw Backup, in case of a wiped partition that would render a bootup impossible
Run a normal backup for now, just to get the OP's backup replaced so that a last resort ROM could work as daily driver :fingers-crossed:
Is this still being worked on?
