Your flashing the wrong file. Flash the Philz file that corresponds yo your build number. All these instructions are THOROUGHLY described in the OP of the Philz thread.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
And also try flashing the zip file in stock recovery instead of odin vers. Phils has made it clear that it can be flashed directly in stock recovery without raising binary counter.

Hi, i recently got the SM-G900A from AT&T and the firmware corrupted. It was running stock lollipop with the build number G900AUCU4BOF3. At first i was on a screen where it said for me to "Connect to Kies and select Emergency Recover" or something, but my phone isn't supported nor does it show up on Kies. I have tried every stock version i could find to try and downgrade my build number if possible, but it would always fail in Odin.
Also, in Recovery Mode it shows a completely different build number: G900AUCU1ANCE

The thing i don't really get is why it let me flash "system.img.tar" and it won't flash a full stock rom without the output above.. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If possible, can someone dump their stock rom?
After a failed root attempt, the screen would randomly go black and unresponsive. So, i decided to flash CM12 using TWRP. However, I accidently wiped the entire storage without backups and now it's stuck on bootup (Samsung Tab S2 powered by Android) and refuse to shutdown nor go to recovery. I tried using Odin to flash a stock ROM -T710XAR1BOH7- but Odin failed and the tablet shows -SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE: 2, Binary 1-
I got this from Odin.

I ran into the same issue about a month ago, but I was able to restore using Samsung Smart Switch's restore function. Just download and run it with your tablet in download mode.

I flashed the newest build and that did the trick. (BPB1) Thanks.
I have a note 5 SM-N920C and it's rooted, I'm trying to flash the stock firmware but it won't work for some reason.
For odin version 3.09 I get this, I left it on for a hour but still the same thing.
I used N920CXXU1AOH2_N920COJV1AOH2_N920CXXU1AOH2_HOME.tar.md5 for flashing

mhm, whats problem do you have exactly?,i cant see nothing in the log.
maybe you need the last odin version 3.11.1
Had the same issue while flashing auto-root via odin.
It just stays stuck at NAND write part.

The problem is that I can't install the stock firmware, it doesn't complete the installation for some reason. Also when I am in TWRP, it said that there isn't a OS installed and I have seen that I have to install stock firmware.
I did try odin 3.12.3 and it failed, then I tried odin 3.10.6, it failed but now it also stops at a certain point and won't complete the installation. I could try odin 3.11.1, thanks for response.
I just tried Odin 3.11.1, failed

Who is your carrier and which firmware are you trying to use? Are you trying to downgrade/Update or something? Has the phone ever been rooted? Did you enable oem unlock in developer settings? It's kind of hard to just guess or help you with the information you've given us.
T-mobile and im trying to use stock note 5 firmware. Yes i was rooted and with a custom rom. Im trying to unroot the phone and put it back to stock but now it wont get past samsung note 5 logo and im still getting the fail from odin when trying to install the firmware.

That's because you rooted the phone and it tripped your Knox counter so the only way to fix this is to reinstall TWRP and then flash the rom again and after it's working go into SU and select remove root or whatever and then you'll need to extract the firmware you downloaded from T-Mobile and you'll need to put the files in the correct spot in Odin so they flash one at a time I.E. Boot, CM, RECOVERY etc etc... You should also try unzipping the firmware and then delete only cache.img and then repack/rezip it and try flashing it like that before trying all the other stuff.
