PLEASE CAN SOMEONE UPLOAD THE STOCK RECOVERY OF L90 D410. MY ONLY BACKUP SEEMS TO BE BAD, I KEEP GETTING INVALID RECOVERY IMG.
.
I would rather flash a recovery than a kdz.
.
created a recovery using @shinobisoft script and flashed it using:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
the recovery.img was in the same directory that the adb files were and the cmd prompt was started.
I wish someone could help me with the stock recovery
:crying:

Hi, can anyone clarify this instruction, I have just finished unlocking bootloader and about to install custom recovery:
Install the build of TWRP using your method of choice, but you must actually flash TWRP to recovery. No fastboot booting it. We need it in recovery so that this build of TWRP will be flashed to your boot. This new build of TWRP has features in it to easily restore your original boot.

The statement means you have to flash(install) the custom recovery by using a command like:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Or by using a toolkit, however you can't just boot the recovery with a command like this:
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img

I'm pretty sure it's not possible with stock recovery.
I also think your command might be what's messing you up...
To boot recovery wouldn't be
Code:
fastboot boot recovery recovery.img
I've never tried this so not 100% sure.
To install recovery the command would be...
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
I dont think so, because its able to boot it just doesnt get into the recovery, its the same problem when i flash it, it boots but it doesnt load recovery. Damn it, all this bloatware here hunting my privacy and i can't remove it and one of the apps is auto turning wifi on... HTC never more.
I got bootlooped because I wanted to return to stock rom with twpr backup from cm13, I tried to reflash cm13 so I tried to reflash twpr recovery with adb e fastboot, I wrote the command fastboot flash recovery.... its all ok but when I reboot to recovery I'm on Huawei's eRecovery and I can't do nothing.

Hi, can anyone provide me with stock recovery for Vtr-L09c440b112.
I'm trying to update my p10 to the latest version but since I have twrp installed during the reboot process twrp loads and gives me error 9 and prevents my device from updating. So I'm hoping I can place stock recovery and the update process goes well. Then I can re root.
Up
I have the same problem with my p10 trying to install an ota and my device is rooted the only way is to remove TWRP and to relock bootloader I think but i'm struggling with it since 48 hours now ...
- Download the installed or desired firmware as a full-ota packed from hwmt.ru / Firmware Finder.
- Unzip the downloaded too file and use the tool "Huawei Update Extractor" (Google it, it's a post here on XDA) to open the unzipped update.app file.
Extract the recovery.img and recovery2.img.
- Boot your phone into fastboot and enter following commands:
"fastboot flash recovery /PATH/TO/recovery.img"
"fastboot flash recovery2 /PATH/TO/recovery2.img".
- Now the stock recovery is installed.
You have to do the same with boot.img, because you can't install updates with the official method when you unlocked your bootloader.
Hi, I've got as far "fastboot flash recovery /PATH/TO/recovery.img". I've tried typing into CMD;
fastboot flash recovery C:/Users/dange/Desktop/filefoldewr/Huawei Official Firmware/Extract app file recovery.img
but i get an error: 'fastboot' is not reconised an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Where did I go wrong please,
ThankS Brian
I tried to create a custom boot logo using logo builder 1.6
I followed all the steps as mentioned in the thread for creating a logo.
After renaming logo.bin to logo.img , the next step was given to flash this image using twrp.
So, after flashing I got stuck on boot logo (the loop is the starting venom logo as for the venom kernel )and I cannot access twrp recovery nor can I flash anything using SP flash tool via laptop.
Please help ASAP

None of the methods are working because phone was always looping in for bootlogo
But no issues just now I found a way , finally I can retrieve all internal data and clean wipe the ROM yayy!!
Now, i won't be using logo builder ever
