'twas the same for me. Today I've turned off second cpu core and now the drain is more or less comparable.

Make an init.d script and put the following in it:
echo "0" > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online

Will this disable the core totally?
I am currently testing SetCPU and will see if this works.

How much screen on time do you get?
Did you use it all the time before capturing that screenshot or was it idle?
Sent from my Xperia V using XDA Free mobile app
I did normal usage on it, or let's say the same as any other day. Using WhatsApp mostly. My stock ROM gives me at least 19h without using stamina mode, CM give me a good day from a new installation, but after day two I get this battery drain.

The next time it happens, take a screenshot like this, a screenshot of the graph when you first get into battery usage...and also take a screenshot of your screen on time (you get to it by tapping on "screen" in battery usage tab). Because if you get around 3:45 - 4:30 hours of screen on time, it's not bad battery life but actually maximum of what our phone can get.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT ... I'm not so good with tech ...
Install cpu spy and check if your phone is getting into deep sleep or not
Or flash a stock rom and see if it is fine
If it is entering into deep sleep and still experiencing the same, then it might be a battery problem
Yes i do get deep sleep !!
Is there any app to check battery life ... so that i can confirm !
did u check in settings battery... what is using the most battery?

There is no particular app to check the battery life
It seems your battery is fine now
There might be some app or something else that made your battery drain and you cant judge your battery life as soon as you flash a rom
It takes some time for the rom to settle down
As per the pic, in that 2hrs on battery u have been using the screen for a long time so.. but the drain isn't very much now. Good.. should have seen this pic on the previous rom u had on
THanks for the help members ///
Thank you

No it is not..usually screen consumes the most battery. Wipe dalvik cache, that will help in reducing the amount consumed by your Android os..

10% used i almost 10 hours. Phone was not used at all (just sitting idle) so it is perfectly normal that system takes 1st place in usage stats.

LOL Yeah It was idle the whole time, I have been sleeping a lot.
I don't understand! Why does it matter which app/process/thread is consuming the most battery? Are you having problems involving battery discharging within minutes? No? Then let the process consume how much power it wants...
I do not respond to tech support via PM
if he has 9hours off usage and just lost about 10% its normal that he couldn't have turned his screen on long time.
the screen-on time i think is really short... if you dont use your phone much, like you in this case no one would wonder that only aOS consumes the power ... just by syncing and keeping your phone ready, look at mine (ignore the offline time).
My Android OS also used more than 50% off the power but after that long time its okay, this means only, your not looking your facebook acc each 5 mins
I just moved from an iPhone so I am not sure if what I am having is anything serious. Battery seems to be dropping much faster than I am used to seeing.
Phone takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge, it's speedy but battery was draining pretty quickly so I rooted and installed LiquidSmooth.
It says that the process names Android OS is taking 81 percent of my battery.
Things are still as they were, I am not sure what do next. Any help or pointing to the right thred would be very appreciated.

See this one too, if it helps identifying whether the discharge is normal or not!
What did you modify?
It seems that something keep your phone awake more then it should be.
Try to unistal apps that runing in background (those snapdragon apps, 56% stuff) and etc.
Fast dormancy also has possibility to cause high Android OS, you may try to look if your carrier support fast dormancy, if not then disable it.
Hope I help
Thanks!

I had tried to pinpoint the most draining app, tried BetterBatteryStats and the tutorial about how to interpret the data but couldn't solve it.
I installed SlimKat and by battery is doing just fine, 7 hours gone with wifi on with moderate usage and I am on 60 percent now.

Are you sure it's the USSD menu?
Mine doesn't (just checked), and neither did my Qtek 1010 (Although it coped poorly with the feature).
Granted, I'm not using a Blue Angel, and my i-mate is ROMmed to the hilt, but surely the menu should just trigger a sound event (that I certainly don't have) which you can switch off?
Does it do the same when you Look4It (*120*5555# I think) ?

Hey guys, so recently my 2 month old gear live has been having crazy battery drain for no reason. It's connected to a note 4 with no problems. What doesn't make sense is that by 9:45 it has lost 43% of the battery in maybe 2 and a half hours... I downloaded the android wear battery manager app, so I'll add screen shots below.

Nope, I still haven't gotten anything to work. I was just about to sent it to Samsung in hopes that it will work... It's almost useless to even wear anymore because it dies in 4 hours...
Hope you find help, and if you do PLEASE let me know!!!!

Your screenshot say that you have activity with map app. It is a cause of hard drain battery.

Same problem here since yesterday. Took it of charger this morning and within 2 hours I had 75% left. Did reset and battery after reset was 49% ?? Battery stat app doesn't show any app activity. Very weird.
The battery life was all good until last week when I started to experience some problems. The standby drain is awful, usually I lose around 10 - 15 % overnight - 8hrs. The awake time is good. When I use it it's good. for example today I was at 85% after 2 hrs of youtube and facebook at about 13. At around 18 I had 3.15 hrs of screen on and I was at 65%. After two hours I was at 51% with no usage.
Anyone with the same problem?
Solution will be appreciated!
Thanks!
Go to bootloader recovery and clear the partition cashes thats what i did and its better now

Further to my last, although I haven't made a factory yet, but as I see in battery usage there is a huge drain probably coming from Huawei home, which for sure was never that high in the past, maybe 1-2% with heavy usage. In this cycle it has drained almost 120mah out of nowhere?
Now I barely use the phone and battery drains like crazy.
See attached.
Any tips before factory reset?
