Try fastboot rather than adb:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
I'm not sure what you can do though....you might be able to return to stock if you can access the BL, but it won't fix your VOL buttons. Might make the rest of it usable.
I wish you the best of luck.... :good:

Oh men hahaha try to put something on the buttons to get in fastboot or something.

Looks like sim card may have come out of holder and has phone spread apart there...try removing sim card and put it back in..its behind the volume buttons.

The sim-card and holder is on the complete opposite side of the volume buttons....Left side of phone. The buttons are on the right side.

Yes, I realize that. Assuming that *only* the buttons are broken, and the device itself is intact, if it has a charge, it *should* turn on immediately upon plugging into the USB port on your computer.
Once turned on, you *should* be able to use fastboot to reboot into the bootloader as I have suggested.
If the device itself is broken, and not just the buttons, I have no suggestions for you...

how do I put it in flash mode!? sorry but I'm really confused because it boots, but it stays stuck on "sony" screen!!!
With phone off, press volume down and connect usb cable connected to pc (drivers should be previously installed), when the led change color, release volume button. Done, you're in flash mode, now just flash tft (do it fast before your battery runs out)

Your phone has fastboot and FLASH modes.
Put it in FLASH mode (volume down) and the hit the lighting icon and flash a new firmware.
Don't worry, Sony phones are (almost) unbrickeable, just don't run out of battery.

So, first attempt was unsuccessfully because I tried to NOT wipe the user's /data and I got a bootloop in the end.. I'm newly trying to flash the firmware with all the wipes ticked... I'll let you know, thanks in advance for your support
edit: the phone booted up this time, and now it works!!

Booting from AP fastboot to charging mode
If the Device will only boot to AP Fastboot and it says Battery Low
Connect the phone/Device ato a Wall Charger (not PC)
-In AP Fastboot Mode hold Volume down& power buttons at the same time for +10 seconds
- When screen goes black...release power button
-Then IMMEDIATELY press and hold Vol - and Vol+ to boot to Boot Menu.
- In Boot Menu scroll down with volume down to BP Tools, press volume up to select
- Device should boot to Charging Mode with battery icon
- Once battery is charged, try flashing in AP Fastboot again
This will only work if battery charging Firmware is still preset and not corrupted
If Motorola Device will not boot to Charging Mode, a Fastboot cable will be needed.
What is a Fastboot Cable

Yet another unlock bootloader question

I have a Nokia 8 model TA-1052 (this is NB1, correct?). It has a locked bootloader and is running Android 9.
I understand the HMD service for unlocking the booloader is no longer available and the only option now is using a Hikari's website.
Before I try Hikari's method I want to make sure that fastboot is working (I understand it is required?).
With the phone connected, the command "adb devices" show the phone listed but any fastboot command seems to not being able to find the phone (e.g. "fastboot devices" returns nothing).
Am I missing anything?
Thank you.
Assuming you are on Windows what does device manager show when you put the phone into fastboot mode?
Obviously you need a working driver for fastboot mode which is separate from the adb driver - how did you install the drivers and which ones did you use?

I don't have any specific Nokia drivers installed. The only USB driver showing (that seem to be related) is "ADB Interface".
I know that for some people the Nokia driver comes on the phone but mine isn't. Where can I get the driver from?
EDIT: in download mode the Win10 Device Manager shows an unknown "Android" device under other devices

i just unlocked my phone with this tool and somehow it's back to android 8.1 oreo, is that the normal behavior?
Hi, i used the methode in the link above but now my phone is stuck on the Nokia logo and won't boot to OS.
I can let the batterij drain and power it on but then i get this message in the picture.
Manually getting it into download mode is impossible (holding combo keys volume down and power looks like that doesn't work)

Some idea how to fix this? Luckely its not my daily driver but a testdevice.
I have it working again, let battery fully drain, then i could get into download mode (holding vol- while plugging usb) then I could run the tool again (had to request new OTP) and now it just boot normally

Question Switch back to old boot partition when the phone won't turn on

Some of you may recognize me from the post I made about 30 minutes ago https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/flashed-magisk_boot-img-and-now-im-in-a-bootloop.4433829/
As an experiment I tried switching to boot slot b with
Code:
fastboot --set-active=b
I got a successful output
Code:
Setting current slot to 'b' OKAY [ 0.058s]
Finished. Total time: 0.090s
But I hit Start and now my phone won't turn on. Even holding all buttons doesn't do anything. I thought it was supposed to fall back to the old slot after 3 failed attempts. Is there a way to force it to switch back to slot a?
When I hold down all 3 buttons, I hear the device disconnected sound then the device connected sound. I also have a unknown device in my devices menu:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I tried manually installing the driver (Update driver - browse my computer - pick from a list - all devices - have disk - ProgramFiles\One Plus USB Drivers). I tried with OnePlus Android ADB Interface and with OnePlus Android Bootloader interface. Neither worked.
I also tried holding all 3 buttons, waiting until I heard the device disconnected sound, then holding volume up/volume down/both and nothing happened
You can't get into fastboot?
Nope, the screen is black and won't vibrate when I hold the power button (or all 3 buttons at the same time)

Even if they come out you need a support login to use MSM tools starting with OOS 11.3+
So once they are leaked they will still not be useful
You think there is any msm tools for oneplus 10 pro.??
Where can I find it.?
I also pay for it.

I get this error for "Installing Build" in Chrome. Then, my Pixel reboots to the "fastbootd" screen. My device is stuck in a bootloop, and I can't get out of it. I also tried Pixel Flasher, but I get the same problem.
This is my bootloop screen that goes from this to the Google logo for a second.
I can still enter Fastboot mode. Whether I use Pixel Flasher, Chrome, or ADB to flash, I get the same bootloop. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
fastbootd is fastboot user mode i dont think you can flash any os thru that you need to get into the actual fastboot bootloader

I flash from the "Fastboot mode" screen then when the device finishes flashing the factory image, it reboots to the "fastbootd" and stays there. The factory image fails to flash.

I wouldn't as some have had their devices bricked after using 34+.
Try different cords/ports, preferably an A to C cord using USB 2.0 port. Also make sure your USB driver is up to date.
