I think this may need to be in the Help & Troubleshooting section, but you can get 4.2.2 stock by installing a custom Sense Rom like ViperOne (my fave) or ARHD 12.2 (really good too).

For some reason I do not get software updates,
I want to download the file and flash it manually.
Looking for the latest and greatest ROM available (4.4.2 SENSE6???)
