Read though the slickwraps topic seeing the amazing customer interaction and support, then look for a dbrand topic. Slickwraps are amazing, don't hesitate.

I have ordered a skin from both of them. I like that the dbrand's back piece is one piece where slick wraps cut it into three pieces. But I like the the options for the front from slick wraps.
They're an even toss up for me.
Even though I am one who purchased the chrome skin from slick wraps and still haven't received them but they gave me credit to buy another.

I've ordered one from SlickWraps and I have to say it only covers the front properly and the middle back and sides. There are some gaps along the top and bottom. If you want, have a look on my youtube. I have a video on opening and applying it.
I haven't used debrand before but I presume its almost the same.

Dbrands better quality

Brand new Portenzo Hardback case. This was just released and is currently on sale for 2 days only @ $19.95! Watch the video for a demo of the super stick grip tape.
I'm still a very happy Portenzo BookCase customer. their quality and customer service is outstanding!

I ordered one. I'll post some pics next to the bookcase when I get it.

I have the BookCase and I'm thinking of ordering one of these too. I need to stop this case addiction!
It's nice but there's no way to make this stand right?
Sounds right. No stand.
Looks a lot like the Dodo Case to me.
Ordered one. All black with a red elastic strap. Thanks!

It does, but the Dodo is way more expensive and only available in 4 colors. Portenzo has a better reputation, less expensive and way more colors to chose from. Looks like I am buying another Portenzo today!
I will post pics when I get it.
Was liking it until I saw the adhesive approach to securing the device. Like everything else about it - moleskine type design, quality materials.
Anyone have any experience with the sticky pads?
Do they leave any residue if you remove your device?
I'm assuming they are a one time use as well?

If it's anything like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008A1XN28/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00
Then the "sticky" is extremely sticky!
Enough so that when I tried to remove the N7, the back cover came off the tablet!
I don't mean that in some awful "it broke!" way...it's just that the adhesive is stronger than the tablet's back cover retainers.
So if you were scared to pry open your N7 with a screwdriver...this is an alternate way to open it.
But if you're careful and go slow, the tablet comes off and there is no residue.
The adhesive can be wiped down with water and when it dries, it's good to go!
I tested the case on my N7, then put my Galaxy Tab 2 7" in it, then back to the N7.
Since the Portenzo costs more than twice as much...I'd hope their adhesive is just as good if not better to work with than the $9 case!
Ordered mine yesterday in firetruck red! Pretty excited about this. I was looking for something classy but with thin profile so Bookcase came close but this hardbook was a better fit for my needs.
Does anyone now how long it takes for them to ship? Happy Friday all
I wonder how the quality compares to the dodocase.

I have the casemate tuxedo for the kindle fire using the sticky pad. It's re-usable and does not leave a residue. I sent my first kindle back and got a replacement from Amazon, no issues re-applying the pad on the replacement, just as sticky as the first time.
cant make it stand though, so a big nono for me
was going to wait till i got home to order but byt he time i did the price was back up to 39.99 :crying:
Looks like a good alternative to the Dodocase! I managed to place an order before the sale ended too. At $19.99, it was too good of a deal to pass up.
I just ordered mine (yes I know I said it looks like the Dodo but I couldn't help myself). And it was still 19.99 only I ordered the composition which added 9.99.

Finding note ii rear housing for sch-i605

Where is the best place to buy a replacement rear housing and possibly back cover that is compatible with the vzw LTE note 2 (sch-i605)? I have some cosmetic damage that I am trying to fix but I am concerned about compatibility, since there are antennas and apparently clip fittings involved.
I have the dark grey version, but all the housings I find for sch-i605 are white. If I get the white housing and a grey back cover, is the outside banding going to look different from my current one?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah, it is a whole different color chrome on the outside, which is the main thing i would like to replace. I dont know why there are no Verizon Gray Note 2 housings out there at all. I run into the international N7100 everywhere i got though. Our LTE bands in our are different than the rest so thats why its important to get the correct one. Any help would be absolutely amazing!

I almost bought it from etradesupply but I found it hard to stomach $32 when all the other variants can be had on ebay for $18 ish.
I opted for this one, instead. Ordered 8 days ago and it's already in Chicago, from China.

18 Bucks. Free shipping. Could possibly take up to 3 weeks for delivery, though.
Edit: Correction! It's at my local sort facility and should be delivered to my po box tomorrow. That would make 9 days total time from ordering to receiving.

Was at the post office waiting for me, as per the tracking info. Came packaged new and very well packed. Bubble wrap, styrofoam and a bubble mailer envelope. All surface protecting tapes intact and no scratches. Very satisfied with the delivery time and packaging. $18 bucks, shipped.
I ordered the exact same one. Came in about 12 days. Very happy with it . Great quality.

Most of the other cases are better thats just covers the screen and is more expensive but it would be nice if google could release a good hard case

They shipped these covers to some of the reviewers and they seem pretty nice!

I ordered one. My current case is a little worn anyway, so I could use new one. I'll post my thoughts on it when it arrives.

Its unreal how long it took for this to come out. What excuse can there possibly be for a 6 month delay on the first official accessory? So strange to me. Looks decent though.

Ordered the scarlet one too. I'll post some pictures when it arrives. Including shipping to Germany it came 35,98 €. Compared to eg official Samsung covers it really isn't that expensive. The thing i wonder is, if we may see some more accesoires in the near future (dock perhaps)? Hopefully Google has something more to come...
It came to just over £30 in the UK. 3 - 5 Shipping days. Can't wait!
Guys any video for this official case?
Wat you guys recomment, should I order this or get the poetic slimline???
Price difference of 20 dollars !!

It doesn't cover the back of the device, or the corners. Much better 3rd party cases already available.
I can't believe I waited all this time for what is effectively a flap. It doesn't even fold into a stand!

I like the concept of not covering the back, but I agree it should fold. It´s seems prety rigid, making it even somewhat uncorfortable to hold the tablet. I will wait for some reviews and photos around here.

Same here, its a crap design for $30. I'm going to stick with the poetic case. Id prefer something that just covered the front (im not clumsy) because the tablet is so thin and light and then folds into a stand but this isnt it.

Cimo Soft Touch Case

I've got it on my M*. Fits very well, adds just the right amount of grip to the back to prevent the phone from sliiping if you keep it in a shirt pocket. You do have to black out the inside of the flash cut out to prevent flash bleed into the cover but doesn't seem to interfere with flash pictures. Can't go wrong for the price.

I've purchased this as well as a few other slim soft-touch cases. I like the cut outs on this one (separation of camera/LEDs, indents for ports) but one thing I did notice about the unit I received that is keeping me from using it is that the cut outs are sloppy and rough. They've got jaggies. I was able to over look some of these but the one that keeps from putting this case back on is the bezel around the LCD. It also has jaggies and was uncomfortable to use.
Perhaps I just got a bum unit, but just thought I'd share my experience.

My case had a very similarly sharp feel. It was an easy fix to use 500 grit sand paper to smooth it over. That took 5 minutes. I'm not sure I would qualify the cutouts as "sloppy" though, as it implies that it doesn't "look" good. It does look good, just don't really touch it, until you've sanded it down.

The dry ones are just like the crappy, scratch prone protectors. Learn from my mistake & don't bother.
I can vouch for their normal ones though, Zagg/BestSkins quality!

Looks like the code has expired. Just tried to use it and it isn't taking it anymore says it expired on the 16th. Hate I missed out.
Bought some when they were 90%. Got a bad batch and contacted customer service. They immediately sent replacements. It's still curing but I'm liking the look thus far. I bought the full body protection. I like how the back has a better grip now.
If anyone has a new discount code for these, please pass it on. Would love to try them out. Thanks.
Just got mine today, shipped to Sweden in about a week.
Bought 1 regular and one "HD" (dry install). Payed all together $2 (!!!) with shipping to Sweden.
Just applied the dry HD one, looks all right, but doesn't reach all the way out to the edges, missing 1,5-2 mm.
Got 2-3 dust particles stuck when applying, and all of them creates a small air pocket around it, that I hope will go away.
Gonna let it stay on for a while, and see how it works out.

Got two dry-apply screens for 80 cents!
I just needed the thinnest scratch-resistant screens to protect the Gorilla Glass of the M8. I'm putting the rest of it in a heavy-duty 2-layer silicone and polycarbonate case anyhow.
Just got a full body kit and hd protector for 1.30 thanks! I thought I'd get away form the Invisible Shields, and these look promising
Do I miss discount? Anyway, can someone who uses protector for back side can share his/her thoughts? I don't like screen protectors but I consider to buy protector for back side.
