I installed xposed a few days ago and it was working just fine, but when I open the app now I can't download any more modules because the download section where the uninstalled modules are supposed to be is empty. I looked at the log and there was some kind of error, so I reinstalled xposed and the framework. The error in the log is now gone, but the download page is still empty...
Xposed installer version: 2.6.1
Samsung galaxy young 2 with a touchwiz-based rom.
Make sure Settings > "Enable Downloads" is checked.

Cm 11s download list is blank and has a error when rechecking enable downloads.

I am also experiencing the same issue.
Stock TouchWiz on a rooted AT&T Samsung Note 3.
Settings > Download = checked
Was working fine until I updated to latest build.

Looks like a bug (I assume this happens with 2.7.1, not earlier versions). You should post a logcat (plenty of tutorials around, search for one you like) if you want it fixed.

The log data getting bigger
I update Xposed Installer to v2.6.1 on lenovo with JB 4.2.1 OS, the problem is all the time "log data" getting bigger if not deleted manually. How do I disable or delete logs automatically, because in the previous version (using v2.4.1) does not happen like that. Here i attach some screen shoot from my phone. for developer @rovo89 - OP or admin thanks for advance. please help.

I cannot Install the xposed installer on my phone. I have a rooted Galaxy S4, on 4.4.2. I can download it, but when it gets to install, it tells me "app is not installed".

Which version and/or files of Xposed are you trying to install, and what process do you use, and what happens during that process?
I am trying to get Verison 2.1 on experimental1? Latest version. So i click the link , then when I go to install it like any third party app, it starts installing but fails. Could you email me? I cant send pictures on this.
2.1 is not the latest version. For KitKat, you need version 2.6 or 2.7 (which are also not the latest versions, but they're the versions that should work with your device.)

Okay Im sorry, its version 2.7 experimental1. Doesnt install neither 3.0 alpha4.

2.6.1 nope....Is it something wrong with me phone? Im downloading straight from my phones webpage...
2.7 is what you should be using. 3.0 is for Android 5.x Lollipop and will not work for your device running 4.4 KitKat.
You'll have to ask someone more knowledgeable than I, and you'll probably have to get a logcat for the install attempt as well, search "logcat" here for instructions.

Is there any way to do this? The checkboxes to enable/disable them are grayed out in Xposed Installer, and trying to change it via enabled_modules.xml doesn't work.

According to your specifications, you will need to install the official version of Xposed by rovo89 from this thread. I would recommend to install the Xposed v80 version, since v81 and all other versions above introduced a new created API, so modules might crash.
Flash v80 (SDK23 for Android 6) and install the XposedInstaller_v3.0_alpha4.apk and report back.
Hmm, strange.
For some reason, when I removed safe mode, it booted up normally without any of the modules working (some module is causing bootloop, idk what one). I can now disable specific modules, without having to go to safemode.
Its a strange workaround, but it works.

also if I get it working do we have to flash a new version everytime the dialer or contact app are updated or just installing new apps versions from apkmirror ?

Listed where? And this is not in official magisk module repo. You need to flash it manually after downloading from here.

2. Booting to "System" made a massive Optimization of 133 app's , coz of "com.google.android.dialer.support.jar" file , No Problem. :fingers-crossed:
3. Contacts app Installed and Working very well. :good:
4. Phone[Dialer] app Installed and not working , It's force closing for every start.
5. Message app on other hand it did not install and installing manually from your zip file also fail's saying "App not Installed" error.
I have fixed it back by disabling the module.

Phone & messaging apps are not working for you because of wrong apps for your phone. Provide me phone maximum resolution, android version you're using.

flashed v2.3 with magisk manager but the result -> all modules got deleted and couldn't install them again (instalation of a module goes well but that module isn't listed as installed even after reboot/delete magisk's cach/delete magisk's data), I solved the issu by uninstalling completly magisk and reinstalling it again. Didn't try to flash through recovery though (too afraid to reinstall all my modules again !)

Flash the module directly from twrp, this won't happen, this happens randomly with new magisk manager 5.4

ok it worked great through magisk manager with the latest 2.2.1 version, no modules disapearing bug

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, I have the same issues as the normal version. It won't load the Samsung sync to cloud page - just keeps flashing. Numerous sites that I visit do not render properly, and a lot of sites that need logging in to, fail. A shame really, as I liked the new updated look.

i tried installing it to note 8 running oreo with august patch but its not installing. could you guide me sir how to install it ?

Does that include the official release? Because it's the same on that as well.
I have no issues with v7.4.00.70 or v8.0.00.91 beta.

I added two versions of the browser, you can use the version 8.0.00.91/8.2.00.35 Beta and 9.0.00.32 Beta is the original app
