Transparent pull down - AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Any roms have the transparent pull down notification status bar. I am not a fan of the black... Even custom pic would work

If you are rooted and have Exposed installed, you can always use the module : Serajr Blurred System UI. It will allow you to change some of the vaules for the SystemUI.apk and the pull down.

Removing Battery Icon From Status Bar

I was wondering if there is a simple guide to remove the battery icon completely from the status bar. My search has so far shown me links for sense based roms only. I am currently running enom's rom and would appreciate a heads up as to the name of the jar or services file within the rom that controls the icons.
thanks in advance.
You could open up the framework res, open the icon files and just erase the contents and resave. Then just make a metamorph with the empty files.
I would rather remove it completely...replacing with transparent icons will put an empty spot on the status bar.
I'm interested to remove the clock from the status bar!!
Any idea?
You can hide the clock if you're using CyanogenMod.
As for battery, I'd like to know that too as I'm using an app that shows battery in the status bar already, so system battery icon is redundant.
How can I install CyanogenMod? I use a stock rom

hide your status bar retaining function

Hi All
not sure if any one has seen this just reposting , using LMT or Pie along with this mod makes your screen look really large with the full HD resolution
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/completely-hide-your-status-bar-while-retaining-functionality/
hit thanks if it helped..
+1
Well, if you gonna do it, that would be cool) but it would be even coller if transparency will be for only 25%
I was trying to do it but i've got errors when i was trying to decompile systemui
There is my SystemUI (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3EVQbXIsV_PRC1iV3c3VE5MYkE/edit?usp=sharing)
And framework-res.apk (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3EVQbXIsV_PcEZINUZsWmdtaGc/edit?usp=sharing)
ok guys that method is a bit more complicated using KA07 tweak I disabled the nav bars and installed LMT and used the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=be.ppareit.hidebar this one to hide my status bar now I have full screen as home and for apps
here is a screenshot
if you just pull in the blankscreen top the status bar appears back

Is there currently a way to modify icons on the pull down drawer?

Even if I root my XT1095, doesnt seem like xposed/gravity box will work on android L
So what ways can I do to modify the toggle icons when i pulldown my notification menu?
You know the answer already....
So that's a no?
Xposed doesn't work with ART I.e. it won't work on lollipop. You can try using an icon pack to see if will change anything, but I doubt it will change built in icons from the drop down. The only way to change the icons system wide is with Unicon which won't work on lollipop.
So its a no you can't change it yet.

Statusbar transparency issues in apps (lollipop)

Hi guys, so apparently my status bar can't turn transparent in apps. Instead it defaults to a light grey, almost white which is extremely annoying to look at. Google maps for example always keeps the status bar white when I know that it should be transparent (or at least the default dark grey). Only on the home screen I can get a transparent status bar but not in apps, which I tested with various apps comparing to me tablet.
I thought first that it is an issue with an exposed module but I disabled all of them did a reboot and it still won't turn transparent.
I can make Screenshots or upload a video if you don't get what I'm saying
Must be your ROM or an Exposed module. My stock Z3C does not have that issue on 5.1.1.
But what could it be, I have disabled all xposed modules and I still get it...
Btw i'm on stock .232 (expect root and xposed).
Screenshot attached Btw.
(e) nevermind just updated the xposed framework to .75 and now I have transparency.
Case closed.

Theme your phone into lollipop without flashing custom ROM (Xposed Installer)

Most of us know about cyanogen mod ROMs and to be honest. They beat the band
But the procedure of flashing a custom ROM is sometimes dreadful
So I would like to share about a few Xposed framework modules which can help you transform into 5.0 here and now
Prerequisites----
Xposed installer
Flat style colored bars (pro)
Flat style notification bars (pro)
Monster UI
Download the following and enable them and reboot device
Open flat style colored bars and edit our status bar icons as per to your liking... I would prefer to edit them into the latest marshmallow or lollipop style
Open flat style status bars and tap status bar option
And choose lollipop in the overlay style dropbox
I would recommend you to discover the many uses of Monster UI yourself... Its a fun module and enables a hell lot of customization
