Why is it the people who have been members for a long period of time have absolutely no clue where to post correct threads at?
This is NOT development and does not belong with development.

According to the instructions I should wipe the "vendor" partition. But I can't see a vendor option in TWRP. Have they changed the name?

Why would I do that? instead of giving a straight answer like someone else did, you just assumed I didn't read and gave me a pompous "read the instructions". If you don't know the answer just say nothing.

I don't know what you are talking about like someone else did?
You are so ridiculous to handle. You gave thanks to me for the same subject on another thread but talking opposite here.
I will not reply anymore here.
