Need help. I have no OS, and can't install ROMs - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi.
I rooted my HTC One M7 with CWM as my custom recovery. It all worked fine.
Now, I bought a Chromecast and needed Android 4.4.2+ for screen mirroring, so I decided I wanted to update it.
I couldn't do it, I guess I had to unroot first. So I did a lot of crazy ****, nothing worked.
Now, I followed this, but I'm stuck on the HTC boot logo (white screen). I have TWRP v2.7.1.0a
Even after installing the ROM from sdcard after using adb push rom.zip /sdcard/rom.zip , it says that the installation failed.
Here's my getvar all, notice main version is empty, and I can't find an RRU for my radio / cmid anywhere!!!

You didn't need a new thread!
Try this for instructions, but flashing your original ruu may be easier, just remember you need to do the actual flash instruction twice when flashing.

It is difficult finding a RUU if you don't know the version number (x.xx.xxx.x)! Did you try to side load a custom rom on to your phone? The instructions were in [Solution] No OS installed post? ADB commands will work while the phone is in Recovery. Once the prep is complete, then boot the phone up into Recovery and plug it into the computer.

Thank you for the reply!
Tried the latest TWRP too. The only thing happens, it goes to freezing "recovering mode..." and white screen and will not let into recovery mode options. That happens after entering RECOVERY, or trying to reset factory settings.
What have I most likely done, apart trying to load via ADB the CWM and TWRP?. Each time before uploading recovery would erase cache.

You could try to flash twrp version 2.6.3.3 if it still doesn't work you'll maybe need to relfash the stock firmware and try again to flash the recovery

Hey alray. Got already s-off
I am planning to go on cyanogenmod. But the recovery of 2.6.3.3 will be too old I recon. Tried install 2.7.1.1 and 2.8.5.0 on device. However these versions do not work for my device. Only 2.6.3.3 does. Could you suggest me how to succesfully get on twrp later version.
Thank you

Tried flashing different RUU, but nothing helps to push newest TWRP/CWM recovery image. Changed CID
At the moment the only recovery TWRP-2.6.3.3 works , others crash, no CWM would work either.

HTC ONE (M7) blackscreen after ROOT

Hi, guys i need help !!!
I was rooting my HTC ONE (M7) and after second flashing looks like broken forever... (((
Steps:
1. Installed Drivers , ADB and downloaded root files ( CWM-SuperSU ) to my PC
2. I was unlocked bootloader via ADB
3. I was copy CWM-SuperSU to my phone, turned off Fast boot and turned on USB Debugging
4. Then i moved to Bootloader/Fastboot and flashed a TWRP recovery and erased cache via ADB
5. In recovery i was installed a CWM-SuperSU and rebooted my phone.
6. After reboot phone wasn´t rooted .. SuperSU was installed but I cant open it and icon was missing like the install failed.
7. I installed it again ........
8. So after 30 minutes of HTC Logo I was flash another SuperSU I downloaded and flash it via recovery again and when i reboot now its shows me a HTC Logo and then a black screen
I´ve tried hard resed(factory reset) but still the same, then i tried RUU but im on a high version and i havent got S-OFF for downgrade :crying:
Bootloader works...
Recovery works...
Sideload works...
Please HELP !!!!! ((
(Sorry for my bad english)

You've flashed an outdated version of supersu. Always use the latest stable version of supersu and download it directly from chainfire 's website. There is also an official supersu thread on XDA where you can find the latest version (use google to find it). If you can't find a 7.18.161.51 ruu you could edit your version-main to 7.18.161.2 and flash and older ruu (S-off Not needed). Everything explained at post #2 of the lollipop ruu collection thread (see stickies in the m7 general section). Once the ruu flashed, reupdate to the latest version first and only once updated, flash twrp and latest supersu.
