Did you do a nandroid backup?
If so you can do a restore as the whatsapp directory and its sub directories will be in there with all images at the time if the backup.
If you did not do a backup and deleted the directory there us no way to restore I an afraid.
Shalom and hope this helps, john
PS any full nandroid backup would have those directories in, fingers crossed for you.

Selling my N1, How Do I erase backup and all my data? Thanks

Hello I'm selling my Nexus One, it is rooted running Cyanogen. I'm not selling sd card with phone, i'm just selling the phone. I did a data and cache wipe so is all my info gone? If someone did a restore (nandroid) wouldn't that bring all my information back? When I first rooted and when I switched roms months back I did a nandroid backup, so now i'm wondering if someone could simply do a nandroid restore and get back all of my data, i'm concerned about text, contacts, gmail information, personal info inside of apps, etc... Thanks
If you wiped data and cache, then your phone is almost completely empty. The last thing remaining is the sdcard. If you are sending that with the phone, you will need to wipe it. If you are keeping it, then there is nothing else to do.
And your nandroid backups are stored on the sdcard, so either way, whatever you choose to do from the above will get rid of nandroids.

Don't you have google synchronizing everything for you?
Then it will restore automatically I guess.

It resotres the contacts but not the merged version of them, since it's merging facebook+contacts+whatsapp
I ended up doing it myself.

how to restore back photo ?

someone can tel me how to restore back deleted photo from my htc one?
i try a lot but it cant restore back...
If you deleted some photo from your phone, you can't restore it.
But if you have a backup of your previuos rom, you can restore it with your photo
A nandroid backup will not restore pictures, as it only backups rom+apps & data
Sent from my HTC One using xda premium
Upload to Dropbox in the future and all your pictures will be backed up. You can also back up to Google+ and Flickr amongst others. Flickr gives you 1TB of storage too.

[Q] Latest CM10.2 & Titanium Backup problem

Hello everyone,
I installed CM10.2 (latest nightly) and so far it's been good : much smoother system.
But when i tried to backup my apps+data, TB restore process was stuck to 0%.
I enabled root access for ABD and app which should have solved the root problem but seems like it is not the case.
I reverted to CM10.1 but anyone did a successfull backup with TB on CM10.2 ?
had the same problem. however i managed to get titanium backup 6.0.3.1 working with no bugs. with the current version 6.1 restoring apps stucks at 0%

you gotta change your tb backup folder to data/media/legacy/titaniumbackup, instead of data/media/0/titanium backup. it will work then

I can't set it to this folder. I go to root folder and choose data, but TB just says that the catalog is not available.
and my standard cataloge is Storage/emulated/o/titaniumbackup not data/media/0/titanium backup

storage/emulated is just emulated storage for internal sd card, real folder is data/media
try setting storage/emulated/legacy/titaniumbackup. you should be able to access data/media with root acces given to tb, so i dunno why it doesnt work.
