[Q] suggest for sense 3.5 rom

I have a s-off Incs and now flash with Virtuous Unity 2.39, as you know HTC officially released sense 3 OTA therefore i would like to move to sense 2.3.5 .
Can anyone suggest a stable sense 3.5 rom for me and why?

Android version number is 2.3.5
In my opinion Nik 2.5 is best Sense 3.5 ROM:

I would recommend you go with Nik's Rom.
-Stable and smooth.
-Beautiful Tron Theme.
-Many Tweaks (Thanks to RCTeam)
-Battery life is good.
-Nik's working on his Rom to release a new version,and that's awesome

yes, android version 2.3.5, and sense 3.5...
a question, is Nik's rom based on RCMix3d Runny rom, they looks very similar...
ps: just saw a bad news, Virtuous Affinity project is on hold

you mean the flying windows effect?
if so,go to settings -> display -> animation and tick no animations.
if not,tell me more about it

i love this rom, app draw scrolling is much smoother than vu239
and finally i got volume key to wake up my screen

I got me the IceColdSandwich 7.2.0, the InS runs ICS alot better then my old Hero.

Can you provide a link to your rom??

I find the rom to be very bug free, overall nothing worth noting. I got it from MIUI android, hope it works for you.

Hi,
I was also using CM 7.2 RC1 and I switched to Revolution HD 2.3.0 and I dont intend to go back to CM 7.2 yet.
The battery life seems better with RHD and I am one of the few who likes Sense I guess.
The weather widget is pretty cool and I love the touch and focus camera app.
I also tried Nik Trinity... ROM but I went back to RHD for the better battery life.
I never tried an ICS ROM yet. Any suggestion ?

Was running IceColdSandwhich and the ROM is great, but needed something more stable and didn't force the phone to restart every other time I tried to load Google Maps.

Having been using Playground ICS for some weeks now. Switched from IceColdSandwich which is fast too but not as stable as Playground IMO.

Im still on trinity sensation XL, I find it fast, stable and it has excellent battery life.
I like to have everything rock stable, and everything working properly, which is why im still on sense 3.5 since about December when I joined XDA and rooted my phone.
Next on my hit list are playground ics and Virtuous Primmodonna. Any suggestions and opinions as to which one people like better?
Also, I find miui and other aosp gingerbread roms a little choppy or something, for some reason I get the impression that sense is much smoother, especially on a custom sense 3+ rom

ICS AOSP works surprisingly good considering I always prefer GB Sense ROM in the past. Current state of Playground ICS is very positive. Twistedumbrella is very active and new build is almost daily. I strongly suggest you give it a try.

Twistedumbrella got 6 builds for the past 10 days! And the latest build seems to finally fix the camcorder. Be warned, you'll be real busy!

How's the battery on playground? Does it have any issues that ice cold 7.2 doesn't have?

I tested some versions in the time :
Stock ROM
Virtuous Affinity
Virtuous Quattro
MIUI (unable to connect network, and some bugs)
IceColdSandwich
I plan to test others like Primadonna when some issues will be corrected. And, why not try again a fully functionnal MIUI version. I'm looking too the Playground ICS.
I wanna stay on the ICS Roms ! ^^

After using IceColdSandwich for quite a long time and trying Virtuous Primadora, I finally got back to GB and Sense. I prefer Sense than AOKP or AOSP and even if I thought Virtuous Primadora was really stable and it had the best battery life I ever had, I missed the camera and went back to GB. I used Virtuous Affinity for a while, I liked it a lot but went to Trinity because it is more customizable. XxXPachaXxX finally made the ROM I wanted, Affinity with more customization : RunnyMede Xtreme v2. I'm using it since then.

Hi guys!
I'm helping my friend with rooting and installing custom ROMs on his HTC Sensation XL.
Right now his version of ICS 4.0.3 no Sense V1.1/ HTC Sensation XL/ seems to have crashed totally, and he wants me to help him finding a new and stable ROM that will work for a long time without problems.
I've been considering flashing his phone back to stock, but I know that he uses some root-required apps and by going back to stock those apps won’t woks.
Therefor I wonder if you guys maybe could help me with some recommendations on stable ROMs?

Ya evervolv is still pretty stable. Good choice. If you are looking for an alternative you could use miui too. Had it as a daily driver before I changed to evervolv.

I am running pretty fine with Samers SS_KINGKOBRA v6 (i know there is already v7 out ). Never had any problem with it, so i recommend to his Rom. Maybe the crashes are not a issue of the rom? When does the phone crash?

He told me that there were small buggs in the OS, like he can't see the text he is writing while writing writing a text message and the battery percent jump around all the time. The main reason why he wants to swap OS now it that phone.android.com constantly crashes within 5 sek from the boot.
Anyway he also wants something new and fresh.

If you want a rom with less issues, just flash ics ruu and root it.

I think Vanilla rootbox will be great as it has tons of features and battery backup is greater than cmpared to any other rom..

U can try XL 4.0 v7.0

Both rom i've tried and without any problem. XL 4.0 v7.0 is very stable. ★★SS_KINGCOBRA Turbo fast★★ is really fast.

You dont have to use a Sense 4 rom if u want a stable rom. No way.
Then it depends on your preferences. Homestly i dont Luke Sense 3.6, so a prefer a little Hughes rom.

I use XL 4.0 v7.0 rom. I it is very good. Stable and fast. And battery life is better. Try it.

since custom roms include some bugs I`d rather not use them. I want to have a stable rom and a device without time t time HANGING

Onejay's port of CM 10.1 has no freezings and works great, actually, with no bugs.
Your device should not be laggy, even if you are in the 4.0.4 version of the stock rom. Try uninstalling some rescource-demanding apps.
If you really want to go to that old and largely outdated Gingerbread, try using the right RUU.

I am sorry to say. But We need a ION Kernal and thats g0d damn hard. If you just request what styles roms you want. 1+1 Galaxy Xperia or even MIUI.
