Use this command:
adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/FILENAME.mp4
And to stop recording just hit Ctrl+C
But you need adb drivers installed......

Find a friend who can root for you, rooting does not void your phone warranty so there should be no issue.
Root is just giving your phone additional access to the system file. For example like on your windows pc, if you are logon as a guest user and would like to install a software, it would ask for administrative access before you can install the software. That is something similar to what rooting means

hello,
how can i install the market enabler?
can somebody help pls
Download from http://code.google.com/p/market-enabler/
Some guys haven't any will of reading..
i tried that solution but still i can not paid applications.
I installed market enabler via appInstaller by Gregory House
http://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-iqbs-android-appinstaller-pxEn.aspx
why still i can not see the paid applications?
1. Install and open the Apps Installer application from the "Android Market".
2. This opens a view showing *.apk application names in the sdcard root directory.(note, if no AppNames are listed you have no .apk files in the root directory of the SDCard)
3. Touch the app name to initiate installation of the app.
4. The app is now installed
Click to collapse
1. You must have root privileges
2. Reboot your phone or terminate Android Market before starting Market Enabler and then fake T-Mobile US
i have an other probelem now when i try to change setting from market enabler it says "we got a problem houston" and market still can not find other applications...
why does it give that message
Do you have root?

Before starting this thread, it's impossible that you didn't saw the posts regarding rooting.
Rooting is the process by which you regain administrative access to your phone. It opens up otherwise impossible options to your phone.
Just like windows, you're only guest now on your phone.
This could help
- Why root?: http://android-dls.com/wiki/index.php?title=Why_Root
However i dis-advise you to root your phone unless you have some spare time and the will to read all the requirements and how to's

Yes I know reading can be sooo hard for other people... be respectful to the forum by doing a little research first... there are multiple threads on the first page about rooting... even the 1 click solution.
Do yourself a favor and read carefully before attempting to root... every step counts
thanks for the replies.
i think i need to read the topics carefully before rooting my phone

LOL! Wicked mate!
Btw my phone IS rooted but market enabler won't install
http://uploaded.to/file/en3pg4
I'm going to ask the devs why
What do you mean by "won't install"? How do you install it?
I mean that I downloaded the .apk and tried to install and I get a generic error while "analysing the file" (I don't know how it sounds in english)
hello,
i rooted my phone it does not give "we got a problem houston" error now. but still i cannot see the paid applications.
I installed the market enabler before i was rooting the phone. Can it be the reason. Do you advise me to uninstall market enabler and install again?
And can somebody can tell me how to change the setting.
I go to settings tab from the market enabler and click on German O2
Later go to the Actual tab and and press save current settings. And exit
Is that right?
What is the gsm.sim.operator.numeric in actual tab. There is a number...
thanks for replies

u have to drop it in your system apps folder and then reboot your phone. Use Root Explore or I think ES file explorer does it to with root enabled
if u need the apk again, here it is:

Ah that would probably be it. They haven't even made the LTE network default so that might show they still have work to do on the Nightly.
HTC One IR blaster TV control
Hello HTC One friends.I created an application to control TV, HiFi,A/C or other devices with IR blaster.
I published to Google Play Market.
I want to communicate with people to test my application.Thanks.

i'm not rooted still stock running android 4.1.2(yeah still waiting on 4.2.2) and the MID of my phone is PN07110

Thanks for the info.
but this means i'm gonna have to root my phone to get access to that folder...is there any other way u may know how without having to root it?
can i just put the apk file on my phone and enable installation of "apps from unknown sources"...then using astro file manager open the app which would allow installation of the file?like described on this site on how to install apk files to my phone without google play:
https://jiffy.zendesk.com/entries/2...l-APK-files-to-my-Android-without-Google-Play
was hoping not to root my phone until after i get the OTA 4.2.2 update and even then still wait a while cuz i'm quite happy with stock sense 5.0 for now.
if rooting is the only way guess i'll just live without it not really missing it but still would have liked to have it.
thanks for the info

No because this is a system app, not a regular app. U must have root. And my question is, why don't u just root? I've been on 4.2.2 for a long time now because I have root. I'm s off now and gonna upgrade my firmware right away as well. Waiting for ota updates takes way to long and u miss out on the goodies
I strongly recommend getting the all-in-one toolkit by hasoon and flashing the venom rom to get the most positive experience outta your phone

and the question is about those sample vidoes , did the app includes rooting my phone to access it as i don't remember finding them before? and how to check if my phone is rooted ?
thanks

Download ES file explorer and enable the root explorer function. IF it works, you have root. P.S use towelroot if you aren't rooted. It's the best method for dogo.
thanks guys for help but let me try to rephrase my questions as iam an android newbie .
those preloaded videos was something like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1a7KjdUqmA , but i don't remeber seeing them before installing clean master , so does accessing these videos need rooting ? and can clean master root my phone without permission ?
iam asking because i bought my phone just a month ago and i don't want to void my warranty

The video you are mentioning must have been preloaded on your phone(mostly it's in videos folder in internal memory). Clean Master does NOT root your phone. Also rooting does NOT void your warranty, unlocking the bootloader does. If you want to root you can use towelroot.

Hello all,
I accedently deleted a bunch of very (really important) videos from my internal storage of my P40 pro, I already tried some of the recover tools on the device itself (even two paid APPS) nothing worked .. also all "PC" recover programms do need a root on the phone ... I don't care about the guarantee and would like to ask you for any possible way to proceed ..
can I install TWRP on my device ??? and then Magisk to solve the problem and have a root ? or this is not yet possible for our phones ?
Any other methods that could come to your mind ?
Thanks in Advance !!!

You can't root a P40 pro!
Root would not help you anyway. If a paid "undelete" app doesn't find the files, having the phone rooted wouldn't assist.
