The big thing is it confirms there will be a QHD resolution on the Galaxy Note, that’s a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution on the display.
The original size of the image is 2560 x 2560. That’s because Android devices usually have wider images, it’s just to accommodate extra homescreen panes. That’s the way you get the visual effect of moving over the image when your cycle through the pages. The height of the image does confirm the QHD resolution though.

That is where the Shadow image and information were leaked. Reportedly, the Motorola Shadow will be only 9mm (we suspect that this is actually a typo, considering the QWERTY keyboard) thin and will feature a huge 4.3" touchscreen of 850 x 484 pixels (or more probably 854 x 480 pixels), HDMI port and will pack an 8-megapixel snapper capable of 1080p video recording.

for me it looks too much like a concept phone. But nice, indeed. Waiting for official announcement. I love the Inbrics M1 though.
it would be if it had winmo... dont care much for android... my dream phone X10 with winmo!!!
[admin note: Can you please change the title to [CM7 Boot Animation] Droid Bionic Animation w/ sound - lowres ]
Ok, I know there are many threads for the Droid Bionic Animation, some with sound. However mine is different. It is a low res version so it will not lag on phones such as the Moto Droid 1 when booting.
To give you a size comparison, the original is 540 x 960, mine is squared down (like the original droid, down to 270x270 then upscaled to 480x480. Bringing the total size of the bootanimation.zip from 4.47MB to 3.11MB
Big Difference.

Hey guys,
I was not sure where to post this if its in the wrong area I will move it.
I was in Oshkosh Wisconsin this past week at the worlds largest airshow and took allot of pictures. I specifically took some in the correct orientation to make good home screen and lock screen wallpapers and figured I could share them! so please enjoy and add anything you have for aviation related wallpapers.
All photos were taken with a Galaxy Note 3 set to 13mp and auto settings
See Dropbox link for high resolution photos.

Just airplane? u_U
Hi guys,
I have got the following problem since i have updated to marshmallow. The icons in Moto Display have lost their sharpness and are very pixelated:

"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It seems like the anti aliasing is turned off for the icons?
This is so since the Lollipop, amoled screens have the ability to trigger only the pixels needed for displaying certain content.
In the case of Moto screen, serves to economizare energy.
Sorry 4 my english!
Yes, but look at the numbers. The numbers are sharp, but the icons arent. This is how it looked like on lollipop:
That's something you may be just noticing now.
Icon resolution has always been more pixelated in moto notifications. Since kit kat. It's too reduce battery consumption. I've noticed it since day one.
Is this normal display behavior?
I have seen some of this artifacts on my LG LCD IPS monitor, but on the phone i can see it much more.
Don't have another phone with amoled scren, and was wondering, if anyone can tell me if this is normal for the screen:

}
This is from the most recent batman trailer,
I also notice some artifacts on other displays, but on the s20 FE i can see it much more.
Can you guys also see it?
It has more artifacts because the amoled panel was much more contrast?
Help pls
Yes, I think the screen is just allowing you to see more of the compression losses in the video.
the trailer looked fine to me, I agree compressed video will produce more artifacts. if you watched it through a browser with a data saving option that could be the cause.
