Hello,
My "Volume Up" button is almost broken. So it is very hard for me to go into recovery mode.
Is there a way to reboot in recovery mode from download mode?

If you flash darkys rom you can access recovery and download mode by using the power button, like when you get the option to either power off or reboot. Don't know if thats any help but i said i'll truy.
Thanks for reply.
But if you can boot, you have adb access, and it is easy to reboot into recovery ("adb reboot recovery").
The problem is that I just "corrupt" my rom and I can't boot. My phone just loop over boot screen.
I can boot into "download mode" and flash with odin. But I would boot in recovery and flash with an "update.zip". That why I want to know if I can have an "adb" access or other access throught download mode (and reboot into recovery).
Hi all,
I´ve searched a long time but didnt find anything. I want to use a App to boot into download or recovery mode. So I´ve tried the app quick boot. The app makes a reboot instead of booting to recovery mode. So I thought its a problem with the app but if I try to boot from the recovery mode to download mode, the SGS will restart instead of booting into download mode or recovery mode. It means I only can boot in the recovery / download mode manually. Any idea?
Thank you
When i want restart in to recovery mode that boot up normal and not in recovery mode i try to flash new recovery via odin but without result can somebody help me?

If you're on goldenkernel thats a known bug. Use button combination.
If it's not working with button combination, flash this in odin.
Works Thank you!
Hi there,
I have tried many ways to boot into recovery mode but after the "recovery mode" words briefly flash in blue on the upper-left corner, I always end up with the download mode Odin Mode. What should I do?
I can't acces recovery mode with my GT-i9000T through any 3 key combination, it's stuck in a bootloop and I need to get into recovery mode to factory reset.
Any ideas on how I might go about accessing it?
